Loved the dress! It's a little more form fitting than the picture, but I loved it. The color is gorgeous.

This is the second time I have ordered from this company and thought the poor customer service from the first order was just a fluke but it wasn't. Ordered item Oct. 16 and they still have not shipped it (3 wks. Later) but, of course, the payment went through my bank immediately. They do not give a tracking number. There customer service is one of those "big circles" with the "we would like to help you but..." Looked at the email confirmation and it says to expect the item between 11/13-11/29. What? Over a month? This is a company that is all about the company, not the consumer.
Horrible service. Took a month to get items. When I received items they were poor quality and didn't fit.
Cant get a hold of them to return.

At first I was unsure of the company, with sizes, length of shipment and communication.
I have to say, I have contacted them, and they completey accommodated me, and was very helpful. Sure shipments take longer when you order from china, but that is expected. I am happy with the customer service.

Shipping is very slow compared to other sites but items I purchased were excellent quality. I am a U. K. S but ordered M and they are a perfect fit so go a size bigger. Have ordered again!
Don't try to buy anything from this and similar Asian sites with low quality clothes.
It takes forever to receive the order and forget to try to return anything!

I ordered a tunic from Modlily and was extremely happy with the complete process. Order was correct, came much quicker than expected and I was very pleased.
Your items are absolute garbage! My gosh, you ought to feel ashamed selling this crap! The sweater I purchased was nothing like the picture shown. The tankini's I purchased are garbage. I will never shop your site again. People beware! Save your money. Sending items back is a ridiculous hassle and you have to pay to send it back! NOT SATISFIED!

Order took a total of 4 weeks to be processed and delivered. So if you are looking for quickness this site is not it. Garment a bit different than pictured. Coat was lined which surprised me, zipper was cheap on quality, and package came in cheap plastic no box. Not impressed and will order merchandise domestically moving forward.

Ordered on Oct 10. Tracking info says it has "left originating country"-China on Oct 12 and again on Oct 16 (not sure how that's possible). It's now Oct 25 and it still does not show as in transit on Canada Post website. Where the H is it?

It has been a month and 1/2 and I still haven't received my jacket that I ordered. They are asking for positive reviews - probably not a great idea to ask for reviews until the customer has RECEIVED their item.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
