Do not buy anything from Modlily. The items I received were cheaply made and one was even torn on the seams in front. I attempted to return them and after 8 requests, and a month, got no return information or ticket. I wrote a review on this site and then got a response from Modlily and a return ticket. I used that ticket to return the items and received a notice from PayPal that a refund was being processed. The original amount was $70. The refund was $53. When I looked into it I realized they used the conversion rate of China for US dollars in the return. If I sent $70 USMoney, I should have received $70 back. This is a scam. Don't make the mistake I did.
I ordered 3 shirts from this company. Two were extremely small and one was the COMPLETELY wrong item. They came in two shipments and took forever. When the first order came it was too small. I tried to contact Modilily but their site was down. Received the third item and finally was able to submit a return ticket. They refused the first two items stating it had been over 30 days, it was 31 days and only because their site was down TWICE! The second shipment was given a return label and now they refuse to refund because they say it was stained and was the wrong item. Yes it was the wrong item and NO it was not stained. The reason I returned it is because it was the wrong item. It was never worn and was placed immediately back in the packaging so there is no chance it was stained. Terrible quality, terrible customer service and a complete rip-off.

I ordered 3 Christmas tops November 30th. It is now December 22nd and still no delivery.
I wanted to wear them for my last week at work before Christmas and here it is, Christmas week and they still have not arrived. Forget about tracking! It's China and they don't care.
I have cancelled my order and highly suggest that NO ONE ever order from this site.

I ordered two items and one arrived within a week. You get what you pay for! I tried to track the other, but when I put the number in it kept making me send a 'ticket', which I did four times and this was after I'd sent two emails querying where the other item was which weren't answered. I raised a query through Paypal and kept being told the item had been delivered - it hadn't. Eventually, five weeks after I had placed the order and in advance of escalating the matter via Paypal, the item arrived. It wasn't as nice as it looked in the picture but at least I got something.
WARNING YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. First of all the clothing is CHEAP, as in clothes made out of sheets or curtains. When you try to return, they will not credit your account as they promise, I am still proving emails to Pay-Pal to get my money back through a claim with Pay-Pal against Modlily. I had cancelled my Modlily orders, but they sent them anyways, then when I returned them to Modlily with proof of tracking, they are not giving me my money back. This is now December 5. They will tell you that you will get your money back in 3-7 days. This is a lie, they will not credit you, and it is up to YOU to stay on top of it to try to get your money back. The clothing comes from china. You will have to fight to make things right. Of course this is all through e-mail as they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE. FAIR WARNING DO NOT TRUST THEM! Or the quality of clothing, it is pretty bad.
I am going to stick with Patty Boutique on Amazon, they have great stuff and are trustworthy, I feel stupid that I even went anywhere else. Anyways, fair warning about Modlily REMEMBER, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Wish I had read the warnings first! Bought 3 blouses, received 2, one I did not order. Cheap looking blouses, made with cheap tee shirt material. BE WARE, they are a rip off... will never buy from them again.
Do not buy from Modlily! You have a 50% chance of getting your order and of that a 50% of the dress being correct.
When you don't receive your order at all they steal your money. Their constant reply is they will return your money when you return the item. They can't understand that you can't return what you did not receive.

Wanted to return a cheap blouse because it was... cheap! They asked me for a picture to show what I didn't like about it. How do you take a picture of cheap? I hope they pay their photographer $1M (or 7M Yuan) - what a genius he/she must be getting these clothes to look so good in pictures! Never again!

I ordered several items that trickled in almost a month. I kept three and returned three. One I had tried on and the other two I didn't like the material so I never tried them on. I mailed back and now get an email they are used or stained! I'm thinking am I having s nightmare or is this for real? Please don't fall fir this scam! I'd give zero stars if I could.
I ordered different sizes of same shirts, tried them on, put them back in their original plastic bags and returned the ones that didn't fit. All L and XL of same shirts and all fit differently. I monitored my account as they noted they were received and waiting for refund processing. Got the message on their account, not by email, that they were NOT going to be refunded due to "stained, defective, not the same shirt, or have been used". Of course none of that was true. Now they have my shirts and my money!
I ordered 3 tops. 2 of them were so small (I'd guess 3 sizes smaller than marked) that I couldn't even try them on. I was clean and refolded them on a clean surface before putting them back in the original packaging so there is no way I could have done any damage to them. However, after I returned them I received an email that they were only refunding part of my purchase because the items were either stained or damaged. Obviously the company is not legitimate so don't throw away your money.
Place is a scam. Read the rest of the reviews... Everything they say is true. I should have read the reviews before tangoing with this STUPID company. They are not legit.

They do not give refund. I sent my clothes back right away within their return policy time. I never wore them once--none fit correctly. They were too small. They took a while to communicate and sent an email saying they wouldn't give me a refund. Then another email saying they would refund my money in 7-10 days. It's been 20 days and no refund. Total scam!
Extremely disappointing to say the least. Not only did it take 20 days to get here-should have known they are coming from China-the quality is cheap and flimsy. One top was not as ordered and the photos look MUCH better than the actual garments. And they are way overpriced for what you get. Never again.
I ordered 6 shirts. They trickled in over a 4 week period. They were not near as nice as they appeared in the pictures. I tried them on and decided to return 3. They told me they were returned stained and were only refunding 50% of the cost. There were no stains or any issues with the items. It is clearly a scam, their way to make money. I bought what appeared to be a beautiful sparkly blouse from the website. When I recieved it there are no sparkles anywhere it is colored dots on the material! No shine... no sparkle... nothing! It looks like a $5 shirt a child might have made. I will NOT make the mistake of buying from them again!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
