I placed my order on May 5, 2020.My package was due to arrive at the very latest yesterday. Their shipping service is horrible and I will not purchase nor will I reccommend Modlilly to anyone. Their tracking system is horrendous. Their explanation is ("Sorry for the inconvenience, I have checked your order, your order has been sent out, but due to the coronavirus, the logistics has been delayed, we have urged the express to speed up the transportation, can you wait for a few more days?") Dont tell me its because of Corona Virus. Everything else I've been ordering always has updated shipping information and it never takes this long to be received.
Believe the bad reviews and stay away. I recieved 1 of my 2 packages. It's been almost a month and I'm still waiting. When sending a ticket, which I've done 4 times now, they give me random responses that don't apply to my order. They give me excuses that don't match the tracking information and don't answer my questions. Some of the responses by them seem to bre coming from a child as they are writing things like "ur" instead of you're and "u" instead of you. Very unprofessional. At this point I don't expect to recieve the rest of my order but will never shop with them again. Their loss since I do almost all my ordering online.
I ordered from Modlily on May 5th and cannot get an answer from them about WHERE my package is. They gave me a tracking number... doesn't work... EVERY time I reach out for info I get a computer generated email response... FURIOUS!
On a positive note: wide selection of swimsuits and sizes. I ordered two swimdresses. This was two months ago. Granted, the coronovirus complicates things, but no one reached out to me and tracking only shows it hasn't left. We are in the same state. I am hoping the quality is ok (prices are low so not expecting a lot), but I'm not encourage with the low reviews.
NOT AS IT SEEMS! Thought i was order a two piece bathing suit and only got the top. Wrote them, and their response was NOT A SET! The ad was completely UNClear as to top only.

I ordered one item from ModLily back on March 21,20 and I still have not received as of May 14,20. I filed a complaint with them in April at the 30 day mark and ever since have only received replies back your package is in transit. In one reply they expressed the following " According to our policy, if you receive the order after 30 days of latest delivery deadline, I can apply a full refund, and you can still keep the parcel when receiving them" However I have yet to see the item I ordered or a refund at this point almost 2 months later. Does appear to be a scam website, I will go through my credit card company and hopefully get my money back, should Have come here to read similar reviews first before buying. UPDATE: As other reviews have indicated I too was given a bogus tracking number that is not recognized by USPS. Indicated "Duplicate number" as they are just re-using tracking numbers as part of their scam. I have also turned in a complaint with the FTC and urge others to do the same.
Received the tops ordered 5 when I got them they were to small, never even tried the tops on opened 2 and could tell so started the return process received my label the next day. Returned 2 days after receipt; items stayed in the same packaging.
So, I received the confirmation of my return from Modlily telling me I wasn't getting my full refund because 1 item was damaged. No more explanation, of course I replied that the items were never put on or kept out of the packaging the postal worker put them in the box and can attest to that; luckily I go to they post office quite often.
So awaiting a response from Modlily on my full return and if I do not receive I'm disputing with PayPal. Also, they never noted when I would receive my refund...
Placed an order on 4/12/20, and nothing. Got a bogus tracking number. I sent in a "Ticket" to inquire, so we'll see what happens, but I think I got screwed for $35. I'll try to get a refund from Paypal and see what happens if I don't here back from them.

I placed an order almost $100. I was trying to contact them through social media and email because they sent me order confirmation and that they took money out but never sent shipping information. I asked for a refund but they ignored my messages and eventually blocked me from their social media. Ver unprofessional. All they care about is taking peoples money. DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS
Ordered a shirt for my wife, received it and was too small. Requested a refund, got a shipping label, and promptly returned. Shirt was never worn, washed, but put back in the plastic bag that it came in and shipped back. A week or so later no word so I made a ticket on their website, and in a few days just like the other reviews here was told that I had returned a different shirt, that was stained and worn. I paid through Paypal, so I opened a case with them, hopefully they can get my refund from these scammers.
I ordered 6 items from Modlily and received one. That item looked like it was made of plastic, so I returned it. I have not received any other items and when I email to ask for a status I am sent a tracking number that is not recognized by USPS.com. My order was originally placed in mid February. It is now the second week in April. I have asked for a refund and the site keeps sending me the same tracking numbers. Save yourself a lot of money and DO NOT order from this site. They are a scam and should be shut down after being investigated for fraud.
I placed an order and paid for 3-5 business day shipping. Package shipped on 2-29 and as of 4-4 have not recieved. Modlily reached out to my complaint and said if I don't get the package by 4-2, I could have 50% refund and 4-8 100% refund. When I reached out on 4-2 they told me no I could not as that is not their policy. Then said I keep giving you the tracking number. So not only do you not receive your package, they also offer a refund which they don't stand by.
I ordered on March 10th. I got my preshipment notification. As of March 23rd, nothing has happened on my order. I have reached out several times. Even giving a chance to say if the virus has created delays, just tell me! Each time the CS has said don't worry it has shipped.

I ordered 2 tops 3 months back. I never received any order number. Nothing. They immediately took the money from my account. I tried contacting them and they tell me I need to give them my order number which I never received. They use the name of Fabfashion from Wanchai Hong Kong. Do not order from this company. Modlilly is a scam.

Do not. Buy from them. I paid extra $$ for expedited processing, so my item could be shipped and received in time for our trip. Weeks went past with no shipping or processing notification. I submitted a request for cancelling the order, and no response. I submitted a claim to PayPal for a refund, and magically received a message from Modlily that they would refund the money if I canceled the case with PayPal, which I did. They then sent a processing confirmation and tracking number, and also sent it to PayPal so when I tried to reopen the claim it was denied because they have proof of shipping. It never arrived in time to be used, what a joke, dishonest people, stay away.

I've emailed their customer service several times to inquire only to receive an email from maildemon stating that my email was undelivered. Delivery said 9-14 days. Very disappointed because I need the jumpsuit for February 22nd. This was my first and last time ordering from this site. Definitely won't be recommending this site to anyone!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
