They are the worst absolute worst online company ever, the website is all over the place it takes weeks to arrive the quality of clothing is horrendous and you have to pay over £11.25 for every item from customs. Everytime,,, when you complain modlily ignores your complaints then they respond in broken English 10 days later very vaguely,,, almost every email has major spelling mistakes... Avoid them never use this site
I ordered 3 swimsuits from Modlily. They arrived after several MONTHS and were of poor quality. I returned them promptly and never received a refund despite numerous inquiries. This company is a major rip off outfit.
I have had the worst customer experience with this company. I order 2 items and wanted to return them. I sent in for a return and I thought I was going to get a return label. Nothing has come. I can't find a phone number or even see my items on their website any longer to see what happened. It is very upsetting that there is not a real person to talk to and you just have to go through prompts. I have submitted 3 times a "ticket" and no answers back. Do not put yourself through this with this company. There are other companies to order from.
Awful SCAM "Keep your money" Why are the prices so good? Because it is a scam with NO products shipped to you. Just donate your money to charity, at-least it would go to a good cause and not to these thieving wolves! I only hope they get what they deserve and feel quite sure they will.
Looks nothing like the picture. Material looks and feels cheap. Color is off on the white strips (looks dirty white) Not worth the price
I ordered 3 items in January, finally got them in April. None of them matched descriptions or size horrendous cheap fabric which which can only be described as a fire hazard. I spent $86 and after multiple emails 1 was offered $17 By means of a refund. I was so exasperated I accepted it in June! Stay away from these rip off merchants

It took a month to finally recieved I paid almost 40$ for a Bathing suit that was so cheaply made that I will never wear, never again will I buy from there and I will never suggest this from friends!
I ordered from this p[lace and the cloths that came look like I had made them at home. I ordered a short sleeve bodycon set and the shirt looks like a extra small and the shorts was just awful.The baggy roper looks like they just put material together and made it.The only thing that looks wearable was the dress. I sent a email about the bodycon, but from these reviews I am just screwed. What a mess. Never mind that I had to wait so long and as soon as I ask for a refund they ship me this mess and have the nerves to call this cloths. This product is cheap and poorly made. I would not recommend this company to anyone. You work hard for your money don't just blow it away buying from them. Way to many good ones out there. I should have check the reviews on this one before I purchased. Live and Learn. Never again.
Placed order on 5:4/2020. Was supposed to ship 5/28/2020. It is 6/10/2030. Contacted customer service and they said they have no idea where my order is and they would respond in 1-3 business days. So disappointed and will never order from mod lily again. T*******367.
I ordered & paid for a t-shirt, which I assumed was sent from the USA. I received a Royal Mail card saying there was a 'Customs Fee to Pay' because it was coming from China. This included an £8.00 handling fee plus VAT £3.26 TOTAL £11.26 before my order could be delivered. I paid & informed Modlily asking for a reimbursement, but all they would agree to was half the amount as a 'Store Credit'. As any further orders would incur similar additional costs I will not be ordering from them again, so the store credit is useless.
Do NOT waste your money! The styles are colorful and stylish on their website. What you get is a poorly made product that is made of cheap, chintzy material. I bought 4 tops, all fit differently and were see through, but ok. I bought 3 jumpsuits, all were a faded black. I returned them within the 30 day money back guarantee period. It took 5 weeks and dozens of emails to get a credit. Then they took out a $7.99 "LABEL FEE." Bottom line, you don't get a full refund. If you're up late so that you can get on their chat, if you press the point that you want a "Full Refund," they disconnect you. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! SHOP USA NOT CHINA!
They are also known as Holapick they take your money and you can't contact them because they are in China. I never received anything. The bank refunded my money.
Terrible! I ordered and paid for a swimsuit that never showed up! It's been almost 2 months. You cannot contact them directly. You can send "a ticket". They will reply after a couple of days and tell you each time that it's in transit. That's all you get!

I waited 3 weeks for my order 3 tops and 1 swim dress I got the wrong swim dress it was like a size 12 and I wanted a 22 the tops look like a size 14 and I ordered 22 the meterial of the tops were horrible none of my order looks like the photos when ordered I spent,,,, £117 pounds and a feather 11 75 for royal mail to let me have it delivered totely a scam please please do not order from them I have just throw, £117 plus £1175 out of my window bloody angry I don't know how this company can do this to people modlily uk are desusting people
It took over a month for my order to get to me. Customer service number is non-existent and when you write an email they answer only a week later. Quality of the t shirts are ordered are just awful, I think you can honestly get better at a dollar store, definitely was not worth $50. On top of everything, one of the shirts I ordered was not the one I got. I did not want to waste my time with the returns. Do not buy here, run run run!

This company has been stringing me along for almost a month on something I ordered, they took my money and sent me a tracking number that I've found out is JUST a label( called USPS) it's been updating with usps awaiting package and when I called they says it's just a label. I've contacted modlilly customer service over 100 times and get either an auto reply or they tell me the following and I quote " it was on the way now, sorry for the waiting, the flights were reduced since the virus, and the shipping info will update later. Sorry for the convenience and have a good day!" DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
