Ordered a bathing suit 2 months ago and still have not recieved it. On July 24th they said it was sitting in port at Los Angeles. Was not told it was coming from CHINA. The worse part my vacation already came and gone. I am having my bank cancel this charge. Will never order ANYTHING from Modlily AGAIN!
I purchased quite a few items & 1 was too small & 1 was too large. Sent only the 2 back & I got an email that they were received back stained so I wouldn't get a full refund. I only tried them on & put them right back in the bag... definitely no stains. They have lost a customer even though I do like the clothes
I don't have a review I ordered 2 rompers June 15th here we are in August 11 receive one email and haven't received anything yet nothing at all thats what i got. Were is a number you cam call
They keep telling you it's shipped but if you spend mote money they can ship faster. It's been over 2 weeks how much longer does this take?

I decided to check them out and oerede only 2 items to start. They arrived within reasonable time. The bathing suit was exactly as in picture. The dress was also exact except material was stretchy but it was very wellmade and fitted well. I am a seamstress and I know a well made item when I see it. I decided to order a second time, The materials were all polyester or bathing suit like but you get what you paid for. For $32 bucks, I did not expect very high quality. Apart from from the fabric issue, all the outfits I orderd arrived on time and they were very well made. I had to return a couple becuase one was the wrong colour and another was too long. I asked for and exchange isntead of a refund so atfre reading all the negative reviews, I am waiting aprehensively for my exchanges. I am giving them a 3 star for workmanship.
I ordered a bathing suit which did not fit me, I tried the bottoms on for a few seconds enough to realize it doesnt fit, then I immediately put it back in the bag and returned the suit. They marked it as good condition, which is not right, it was brand new never wore it. Also didnt get a full refund they kept shipping and handling charges, so they make money, whether you are satisfied with the item or not. Crooks! They lost my business.
Buyer beware. When I gave a rating of 3 stars and explained it was due to swimsuit fabric being so thin that it wouldn't really hold "girls" in if doing any kind of activity, I got a message "you must purchase this item before writing a review." It was then taken off my list for "items to review". Review never showed up.
Ultimately I'd just say buyer beware. Review on site are filtered to make product look awesome, shipping takes MANY weeks, and fabrics are at least as cheap as could be expected for the prices.
I have been waiting for over 60 days or two bathing suits to wear this summer they're claiming I should just wait until August 15 then they might think about giving me my money back I want my money back now and they will not give it to me I Purchased bathing suits to wear during the summer time not for the fall I am absolutely disgusted with the way this company does business and I still to this day have not received my money back I want a full refund for my merchandise and I do not want their product
All four of the items that I purchased was Low grade, poor quality clothing. I could have spent my money at a thrift store and got more items and better quality than what I got from them. It took 6 weeks for my items to arrive, as oppose to the 7-14 days. They did not have a return shipping label or any information in the bag nor did the package have a return address on it!
I ordered two blouses. My email's inbox became flooded with ads, so I kept hitting unsubscribe, but the emails just keep coming. The blouses did not. I reached out to them and they said there was something with customs holding my order up. If it was 15 days late, they would refund me 50% and if it was 30 days late, they would refund me 100%. The blouses came 31 days late but suddenly they said they were only refunding me 50%. The blouses were poorly made so I'll probably wear them once and throw them out. They said they took me off their email list, but I am still getting 2-3 emails every day and hitting unsubscribe does nothing. So, if you want to buy cheap crap that takes way too long to arrive, order from Modlily, but otherwise, DO NOT ORDER from them!
I do believe these are all the SAME OWNERS - BEWARE! I think what their trick is to satisfy the random customer with the proper item just so they don't go out fo business altogether. They figure they can screw a few people out of their money and deliver to others so they can look somewhat legitimate. THE CLOTHING itself isn't EVEN CLOSE to the PHOTOS! THE PHOTOS ARE GREAT- The CLOTHES HIGHLY MEDIOCRE. A weird thick polyester. They have constant POP-UPS all over the internet. I canceled my credit card after ordering from them. There are FAR better clothing companies right here in our own country. They DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICE HERE AT ALL. THAT IS A LIE.
Ordered 2 swimsuits was not sure about the company decided to take the risk. Ended up EXTREMELY pleased. Decent quality for the price. Fit is amazing on both suits one is a 3x the other a 1x for daughter. Could not be happier with the purchase. Arrived when they said told me it would. Down fall is it did take a long time but if your willing to wait for it I then do it. It's worth it and we knew it would when we bought them they were upfront about it!
Ordered $100 worth of items first week of May. First tracking number stated label made, nothing shipped. Second tracking number states it is not found in the system. Company alleges products have been shipped. Very slow to respond and as of July 4th, no merchandise. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER FROM THEM.

My wife has ordered outfits for herself and our two girls. After paying for expedited shipping we have yet to get our orders. Now grant you it has now been over 6weeks since we ordered. We have tried contacting customer service but continuously get the run around. It's one excuse after another. Now after 6 weeks we have the bottoms for one girl, one outfit came today for the other girl, but nothing for my wife or the remaining top. I will never be ordering off this company again. We had ordered these in enough time we had thought so we would have them for our ocean vacation. Yeah no such luck, we in turned ordered new outfits through amazon last week. Low and behold those outfits have arrived in time.

I ordered from Modlily on May 2,2020. On May 9,2020, I received an e-mail that my order has shipped and it listed the tracking number. I was happy that it shipped quickly & was sure I would receive the package prior to our vacation. I tracked the package & on May 11,2020, it shows it was in Franklin Park, IL. May 19,2020 showed it had moved to Carol Stream, Il & left that location on May 20,2020 & showed up in Greenwood, IN the same day. Then nothing until June 2,2020 which showed it is in Bloomington, CA. This is about 55-60 miles from my location. As of today, June 27,2020 it is still in Bloomington, CA. I have opened a ticket and they said to give them 1-3 days & check back which I did & they again said to give them 1-3 days. After the second time, they informed me my item is "abroad". Well DUH! If the tracking is real & not fake info, I know that. So far it has been 47 days since it shipped & for 25 of those days it has been 55-60 miles from my home. DO NOT ORDER!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
