I had anticipated a wait for delivery of my order due to the back-ups going on at this crazy time. The items arrived sooner than I had thought so I was very pleasantly surprised.
I'd seen pictures of clothing from ModLily for awhile on my Facebook page, finally decided to place an order. I ordered 3 tops: a white blouse, a Christmas fun print and a layered-look cowl neck tunic. I received my shipment in 2 packages within 10 days. After trying on the tops, 1 didn't appeal to me, and I chose to return it for credit. The return process was simple, quick, and I've already been credited toward another purchase. I don't usually order clothing online, but ModLily is a great company for customer service.
I loved this suit! It was so sexy but covered in all of the right places. The fit was spot on and it looked and felt like an expensive designer swimsuit. Just lovely!

I loved the bathing suits I ordered and they fit well. I just wished the bottom of the tops were hemed. I think that would make them look more expensive. The fit was good! Delivery was good! The price was very good!

I never received my $400+ order back in June. I had a lot of health issues and multiple deaths in my family, so I didn't get around to contacting ModLily or PayPal until now (September).
It turns out they somehow mixed up my order with another customer who lives in Georgia and they do not comprehend that they sent the order to the wrong person... Thank goodness I used PayPal - PayPal shows exactly the name and shipping address for the transaction.
ModLily is beyond incompetent. Their online chat is useless, the person who responds to the reviews on here couldn't even bother to respond to me when I privately messaged my order information. The online chat through their website gave me the name, phone number, and address of the individual they shipped my order in error to. I am afraid of who else's sensitive private information they may have shared. Each time I contact them, they are adamant that they shipped the order correctly and keep giving me this random person's information. They literally do not comprehend that the shipping details in my PayPal transaction and their information are completely different for the same order number. They asked to me to go there to get my package. How about you get your systems fixed and stop leaking customer's information out online.

I placed an order back in June and never received my order. I forgot about it until now. I went to their website to track the order and when I looked up the order number, it was sent to a completely different person, in a different state. I don't know how they can make a mistake like that, as the address is verified right with PayPal. Their customer service chat doesn't seem like it's a real person, so I have no idea if this will be resolved. When I showed them the PayPal receipt, they literally sent me back the name, address, and contact details of the person it was sent to. Definitely should not be giving customer details out...
I absolutely love this top. It is very soft, comfortable and fits great. I will definitely be re-ordering more items.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
