I ordered three shirts on 11/6. It is now 11/23/21 and I have only one of those three shirts. Maybe I am just used to Amazon, but this is ridiculous.

Ordered a beauitful looking swim suit from Modlily. Thru my ignorance I had no idea I was dealing with a chinese company! IT never came and never came. Was given three dates when to expect. They all came and went. Started with Customer Service, and it was stall, stall, stall, please wait a few more days we are sure it will arrive, we have expediated shipment, contacted shipper, can't make any sense out their tracking for item? Then it turned Ugly with me threatening fraudulent charges thru Chase Credit card, again telling me were processing your refund. Well it never came and never came finally it showed up on my Credit Card. By the way the swim suit never has showed up. Really think twice before you order from these people. Beauitul adds, beautiful clothes, but nothing at your door step... maybe its sitting in one of those container ships off the coast of Long Beach, CA, but on the tracking it has an image of a small airplane so no idea how they ship anything if they really do ship.
The two blouses I ordered are absolutely gorgeous! The colors are more vibrant than you see on the Modlily website, and as a seamstress I can say they are well made! I will definitely be a return customer!
Although I have not kept anything I've ordered, Mainly It was Fit, and style was to young for me. There Price and quality of the Tops are very good, They have a lot of cute tops. I will continue to shop there. Freda

The worst fraudulent company EVER! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! I purchased a pair of cowboy boots stated they are genuine leather. I got a package shipped to me from "China" and the boots were made out of crappy plastic!

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Especially if you need to return. You pay all s&h costs and will not receive your full refund back on your merchandise. And the communication is horrible! Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. Too many companies out there to have to deal with this!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
