I was less than impressed with the return process of Modlily. We purchased a top for my wife which came too late to use for the event we intended. It didn't fit as described and made her look pregnant. I returned this in the week it was received after going through the process of attaining a shipping label. The return process said it could take four to six weeks after Modlily received it in Ohio. I tracked the package and saw that it was received. I checked now and then to see if this had been refunded. Finally after four months of not hearing anything, I began a chat with a representative. That person was GREAT! I must say, I kept good records and had all the necessary information required for the rep to give me the refund. My feeling is that if I had not inquired and kept the good records, there wouldn't have been a refund. The representative did a good job... your company did not.
This was my first time using this company. Love my new swimsuit! True to size and I'm a plus size woman. I will definitely order again. Can't wait to wear it in Florida.
Just disappointed in the time it took for delivery. I saw other reviews that said "couldn't believe how quick they received items". I I guess I was not expecting 3 weeks (23 days) for my order. But I do love the shirts. So I will try again.

I placed an order on October 14,2021, with a guaranteed delivery date of October 29th. I ordered 7 items (all clothing) of which two were Halloween shirts. I received two items on the 29th only one was a Halloween shirt. Today is December 6th and I have yet to receive the other items. I've chatted with them through their website twice and both times they couldn't give me a delivery date. Their website indicates if items aren't received by the delivery date, they will give a 50% refund. Well, I'm not holding my breath for that one! Especially when I can't even get a delivery date for my items. NEVER AGAIN will I be ordering from this company.
I have been waiting on my order for quite some time. I can not seem to get any sort of direct answer where my product is. The tracking number they keep providing gives zero answers. They just keep saying "wait a few more days" it's been a few days and the package has still not arrived.

I love the colors and styles, I have ordered many but you can order all the same size and some will be big some very small.As far as I can tell you can't go by your regular size just hope for the best. I'm not returning any since I have daughters and granddaughters who can maybe wear them

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
