Had a very good experience, great communication and feedback. My gifts arrived when they said they would and are all wrapped and shipped to family members.
I had misplaced my package. Through no fault of your company. Communication and care for my concern was there until the issue was resolved.
My order came in two shipments, but one item was missing.
It took several emails, but eventually, once it was understood that the item was not in either package, a credit was quickly issued.

I received my Christmas sweatshirts a week after my second order. They are so fun and exactly what I want. I was concerned because the email noted my order was complete. When I contacted customer service, they're replied and were able to get my first order delivered in a few days. I love my clothes. It is important to look at the size chart because a lot of the clothes run small but if you look at the number size instead of the S, M, L, you will get the correct size. Receiving the order does take a little longer but SO worth it! The clothes have a modern, new look, comfortable and flattering and much more affordable than other online shopping. And if you have any problems or questions, customer service is quick and thorough in their response. I highly recommend Modlily.
I could not be more thrilled with the communication I received when I thought my package may have been lost. They answered my every whine and cry with a positive note. My package arrived. Though slow it was in perfect condition. I do wish that a sweatshirt were a true sweatshirt though.

I ordered 6 dresses in different sizes feeling confident that I wouldn't have issues with a return. WRONG
I was within the return time, spoke to customer service and they simply denied return.
The quality of the dresses were nicer then I expected and I could have bought my regular size. Now I have 6 dresses to donate.
Buyer beware just don't expect the ability to return.
