I reached out thinking I didn't receive a small item. Within 24 hours or less I had a reply stating to check the clothing since it was a small item. And there it was. This was the first I ordered from your site.

I paid for express shipping to get purchase ahead of an event. I had a few weeks to spare but it still didn't arrive in time. They offered me a full refund following return. In the end our local courier caused problems with the return so we agreed I would keep the order and they refunded my express shipping. I'm glad I kept the purchase as the garment quality was better than I expected and I wouldn't have known. I will purchase again in future. Aside from my disappointment they were really genuine about a resolution. I was impressed.

I ordered some items oh November 7 a month later December 10 I did not receive my package I was very concerned with tracking number didn't tell me anything helpful I emailed them and got a ticket number they were with me every step of the way check my order form he told me where it was I did get my package on 20 December customer service department was very very helpful made me feel much better

Most disappointed with the whole garment, poorly made and description was incorrect. It stated 2 piece when it was only 1. I expected a tee shirt and a cardigan, especially for the £25 price. It was all sewn in one, not as nice as advertises at all. Then on complaining they only offered me £5, refund.
I purchased the Plus Size Polka Dot Tankini Set and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The package arrived on time, the customer service communication was great & the bathing suit itself is so flattering! The tankini is great quality & reasonably priced. Will definitely be a returning customer.
Delivery disappointment
I purchased enough to get free delivery. But the items were delivered to my house when I had completed on the order for them to be delivered to my daughter in Tennesee. So it cost me $14 to send the items to her. That was not cool
The online experience was good, but the delivery was not terrific. I ordered my products on November 14 and only received my order on December 13.
This was my first time purchasing on this site. My order has been paid for, but I have yet to receive it. When you track the shipment it shows it has been is Mississauga for over three weeks. I have contacted the post office and chatted on line with ModLily numerous times and they keep saying they will track and expedite the order. As of today December 17th I have yet to receive what I purchased. I would purchase more from this company but without receiving my order I have no idea of the quality, fit etc. If my order does not arrive within the next five days I will be cancelling this order and asking for a refund.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
