I ordered three items on Nov. 29, and I was told the delivery window. They did not meet that window. When I called to chat online, they were extremely unhelpful. Just kept repeating what I already knew: "It's in the way to your address.". The tracking information was both inaccurate and useless. Saying it was in Carson, CA for three weeks. They blamed the shipper, but they picked the shipper. So don't count on your items being delivered when Modlily says they will be. They offered ZERO compensation. Not impressed.

In the past year I've purchased 3 swimsuits for an upcoming vacation. The swimsuits have all fit well, are well made and very comfortable to wear.

This was the first time I ordered from Modlily and it won't be my last! I ordered 5 items: 3 velveteen tops, 1 sweater and a Christmas sweatshirt! All arrived today(12/23). Shipping took about a month, as I suspect it was coming from China. The quality, workmanship and craftsmanship was exquisite. The detail on the velveteen tops is beautiful. The sweater is like a soft chenille, its lightweight and perfect for the climate I live in. The sweatshirt is is warm, but not to hot! U ordered an XL in all, and the fit is perfect. Each item was carefully wrapped in individual zip lock bags. I am very happy with my purchases and plan to order from this company again.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
