Bought a bathing suit using their size chart and it was incorrect. I like the bathing suit and want to exchange it. ModLily said this to me: if exchanging the item, you need to bear the shipping fee back and forth and the handling fees. It will be more than 30usd, pls know that and think about it again.
Think about it? The bathing suit doesn't fit because of your size chart. Cost of bathing suit was $25. Bathing suit not worth $55. BEWARE ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE DUE TO SIZING CHART.
True to size, if you are a bit top heavy you might want to wear the clear straps to help with the support. Loved it. Many complimnets and the belt is attached and fit just right.
I bought a dress from this company. The fabric is cheap junk, the cut of the dress is strange, basically it's unwearable. And I'm not going to pay more money to ship it back to China.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME SHOPPING WITH MODLILY BUT I WILL DEFINITELY BE SHOPPING AGAIN. THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR MY ORDER WAS ACTUALLY QUICKER THAN THE DATE THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE THEY GAVE ME:-)

They are also known as Holapick they take your money and you can't contact them because they are in China. I never received anything. The bank refunded my money.

The fabric is cheap and the edges at the bottom weren't sewn. I ordered 3 items total and nothing fit... I was never able to reach them to return my items. I'm stuck with them... STAY FAR AWAY
If you are reading these reviews before ordering you are smarter than I was. I have ordered many nice thing from Zulily and they stand behind what they sell. I ordered a solid color layered dress from ModLily and got one that was the same style but the underdress was a totally different color and fabric. When I contacted them they said they would give me a partial refund if I returned it. So they send me the something that is not what I ordered and I am supposed to pay all the shipping both ways for their mistake? I contacted Paypal and explained the problem to them. They suggested I escalate it from a inquiry to a case which I did. They said I would get a refund if I returned it with tracking at my expense. It wasn't shipped to me with tracking but I agree any seller this dishonest would deny receiving it back unless you have trackable shipping. I then called my credit card company and once I explained to them that what I received did not match what I ordered and that I had offered to return it at the seller's expense the credit card company checked it out and returned all my money to me. Anyone want an ugly dress cheap - you can find this one at Salvation Army.
