The clothes are exactly as in the photos on this site and the accessories are amazing. The clothes and accessories are high quality and they look better in real life than in the pictures.

I absolutely love both tankini's and the colors were true to the pictures. The actually fit me almost perfectly also. The only reason I gave a 4 was because it took the order so long to come.

I had questioned the delivery time. I needed the product before my cruise date. Before I knew it, my product was delivered and the quality was great. I was very happy with it.
I'm so sorry I didn't find this site before I ordered the coat. My experience was the same. The coat looked really cute in the photos. I ordered a Medium - it was more like a medium for super super petite people. Didn't fit across my back. Super short sleeves. It was still cute but it definitely wasn't really well made. So I emailed them - super sketchy. ModLily appears to be one person in China who emails in text-speak and plays games with you to avoid having to deal with returns - plus their website is so crappy, I could only see our history of messages half of the times I logged in. After a lot of pestering and threats, the person agreed to refund me if I handled the shipping to return my coat. It turned out shipping the coat back to China would cost $25 (half the value of the coat). Not to mention, there's no brand on the coat itself. I wouldn't call the company a scam if they only sold their stuff making their sizing very clear and making it clear that returns are near impossible if you're ordering from the US.
I have now ordered 2 things from this website. Both were far less expensive than I could get either item in the US. One was a pair of shoes and one was a tankini type bathing suit. $20 shoes; $23 bathing suit. After I ordered I read tons of horrible reviews of this company. I understand most of them (i. E., if I had needed to return either item, it totally would have been a practically unsolvable hassle and not worth the effort given the cost of the items. Probably would be more expensive to send back to China than the item is worth. However, I did not have to return either item. The shoes are loose fitting but comfortable. The bathing suit is exactly what I expected and wanted. The bathing suit fits perfectly. I do not imagine that either will last for lots of years, but for the price, both are fabulous. It's like buying something at H&M--it can be something for 1 or 2 seasons, a kind of impulse buy with no guilt because the items are so inexpensive. It would be amazing if the company had a US clearing house address for returns; as it stands, if I ever order something else from them, it would be with the expectation that if it didn't fit or I didn't like it, it's money down the drain. But so far, I'm inclined to keep looking at this website.

An item I received as not sewn properly (sleeve cuff was sewn backwards). Too expensive to send back so I will have to rip out the seam and resew properly.

Great customer service assuming I get a refund after this review! Returning is usually not best option since they are in China. Make sure you have correct sizes.
Ordered 3 tops. 2 were too small after trying on. Immediately returned them and received notice they can only refund half due to stains. Huh?

I recived a plastic bag of crap without an itemized merchandise reciept. The clothing sizes were wrong. I even ordered a size larger because I thought I could have them altered but everything was a size 0. I've been in a battle with their customer service and going in circles. Called them but guess what it's a friggn voice mail that you can't leave a message. I had Visa dispute the charges and Thank-you I was able to recoup some money. MAKE SURE NOT TO DELETE ANY CORRESPONDENCE WITH THEM! You will need it.
I ordered 3 swimsuits on May 9. Only 2 of the swimsuits arrived on May 30. I have been trying to contact Modlily for days to ask them where the third swimsuit is. After trying more than 10 times to log into their "inquiries" / "complaints" webpage, I finally gave up and asked them to send me an email for "changing password." They have NEVER sent any "change password" email nor any explanation as to why I am unable to log in. Finally, I managed to find a webpage that supposedly sends them a direct "chat" message telling them I'm missing a swimsuit in my order, and asking them to send tracking information about it. I also uploaded a picture (screen shot) of my order receipt to show them exactly which swimsuit was missing, and proving my order and order number. I sent this same chat message twice -- But they have NEVER RESPONDED. I think this company is a scam. They don't provide any customer service phone number or email address, and they don't answer their "chat" inquiries or provide people a way to log into their complaints and tracking page. Once they receive your money -- good luck -- your inquiries and complaints just fall into a black hole. I will NEVER order anything from Modlily again. I don't recommend them at all. You can get better swimsuits at lower prices on several other websites that are legitimate and actually have a way for customers to reach them and get an answer to inquiries.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
