I ordered a bathing suit well in advance for a vacation I had coming up. When I say "well in advance" I'm talking about a month and a half in advance. The shipping estimate was 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks turned into 2 months and my one article of clothing did not arrive until 1 week after I came back from my vacation.
Not only was I disappointed about the shipping time, I was also disappointed in the material itself. It was delivered to me ripped in multiple spots of the bathing suit. When I contacted the website they asked to see pictures of the damage, which I tried to send the pics to them and nothing was working, it was their fault because it was through their website.
Finally, after the third attempt of going back and fourth with them, the pics finally attached. However, they still have not gotten back to me. I am now waiting a few days for a response although I feel like I will never get one.
I will never do business with this website again... rip off.

P.S.- there are no return instructions on this website or no address of where to send it to.

I have been buying from eBay for many years. Once I had a wrong order delivered to me and before complaining I received an e-mail from eBay apologizing. They had identified the mistake.

I received a small sized item and when I attempted to try to return it thru Modlily customer service, I was met with UNDELIVERABLE emails.
After which I checked other customers responses and found they experienced the same UNDELIVERABLE emails.
Since then I've come to notice everything comes from China, which was never promoted in their website. I find that to be false advertising & misleading customers. Especially when it came to returning an item & receiving a full rebate; which I learnt is half of what a customer paid. Very very DISAPPOINTED.
I am going to UNSUBSCRIBE from this wedsite immediately.

I wish I could give no stars, I ordered a jumpsuit from them, OMG! PAPER THIN, CHEAP A$$ material couldn't believe it. I'm wearing the jumpsuit at night for my pajamas that's how thin it is. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR TRULY!, ESPECIALLY COMING FROM CHINA. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, THANK GOD I ONLY PAID $ 22. I purchased 4 items and I was disappointed with 3 of them. I do think that it is very good quality and if I had not had the problem that I had I would definitely purchase again from this company but I cannot take a chance and will not lose anymore money. One item that I purchase was a size small dress, a beautiful dress and well made. According to the size chart I needed to be 35 inches and under for the top and I am no problem! It fits like a straitjacket and I measure it as 28 inches! I tried communicating with the person and asking if it was possible that there was a defect. I took a half price refund and I'm stuck with a dress that will never fit anyone. I did purchase something else that was medium and it's my fault but it is so huge that I cannot wear it. I did not try to return it as it was my fault. I purchased a small bathing suit and it fits perfectly! I do love buying from China and will continue to do so but not with this company, I hate to lose money. We should be able to look at the size chart and figure the size that we need accurately.

Ordered about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. Also charged for the merchandise at the time of order, not when I have received the merchandise.
