Ordered about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. Also charged for the merchandise at the time of order, not when I have received the merchandise.
I hope that you share this. I sent back a top through Royal Mail oh the 7th February I paid £5.39 to send it my ref no is KL*******GB. I haven't had any payment back in my bank yet
Return policy is extremely difficult and therefore this will probably be my one and only purchase. Of the 5 items I received I need to return 3 of them.
Terrible quality clothes, smelled funny like chemicals, did not fit and do not resemble the photos. Impossible to return due to high return shipping costs to China. Buyer Beware.
Overall my experience with this 1st order was good. My order came earlier than stated. However 1 item was not available & I was given a credit on account.
The product is excellent quality, a good fit and really good value for money.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the product arrived, which was an added bonus.
I understand a little more patience is needed due to international shipping. But it is definitely worth the wait. The clothing and swimsuits are true to size and beautiful.

Bought a cute swimsuit and thought buying a 3xl would give plenty of room for error. NOT! XL is more like it. Now can it even be returned? Is it worth the hassle?

The swimming costume I ordered is different from the one I received. Poor quality and I would definately not recommend. Cheap stuff! I'm very disappointed.
Website is user friendly, communication is good with Modlily re process of order. Order delivery received as promised. Items true to size and as described.
I placed an order on 4/12/16 and cancelled it a couple hours later after reading reviews (should have read them first). On 4/14/16 I get an email asking me why I wanted to cancel and was issued a ticket. I get another email on 4/18/16 saying my order has been shipped. I paid for expedited shipping and did not get the package until 4/26/16. The quality, fabric and sizing is awful. Unbelievable. My order came to $166.00. Out of 8 pieces I could only fit 3 pieces. Looking to return the items but the policies and procedures they have... It is not worth the time and money to return. I think they set customers up, take your money because they can get away with it. I will take to Facebook and spread the word DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH MODLILY. I've lost $166 to them and I am fuming. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. I WAS FOOLED ONCE BUT I GUARANTEE YOU, I WANT BE FOOLED AGAIN.

The products I receive is the same as what is shown on the picture. The color and style are just I want. This order is one of my favorite purchases that I have ever made from online shop.
Our Horrible review is just like all the others! Bathing suit didn't fit so it was returned promptly whithout being worn. They finally responded by saying they couldn't refund because it was stained... Bull... then they said 30 days had passed so they couldn't refund! PLEASE GO RIGHT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND EXPLAIN THE SITUATION SO YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND. SCREW THESE GUYS!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!

We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.
