While the first swimsuit I ordered did not fit right I was able to exchange for another style. This is in progress so I have not received the exchange yet. I will update with this when it arrives.

Poor quality, terrible slow customer service, horrible return policy.
I ordered 4 things on Modlily. Two were of reasonable, not great, quality but smaller than expected according to my usual size, and therefore useless. Two were of such poor quality I wouldn't wear them. I wanted to return all.
That began months of excruciatingly slow communication through a third party, if you could call it communication, beginning with tell us why you didn't like it. The eventual outcome was that I could send the clothes back to China if I wished for a refund minus their shipping costs to me (they couldn't tell me the amount - more delay while I tried to find out) and mine back; or I could get a small percentage of my money back and keep clothes I couldn't wear. After looking into shipping costs, with no guarantee the package would reach its destination, I opted for the small refund. Getting the refund presented the next problem and more time went by while I was asked several times to be patient, which actually I was.
If you're a gambler and you like what you think you see, try this company: just be prepared to order two sizes bigger than you think and expect to keep whatever it is you receive no matter what. But if you want to be sure not to waste money or hours of your time, I suggest you avoid this company.
So easy to order and you get coupons! The clothing is very nice and comfortable. I also purchased some earrings, and they are stunning. Good prices and I receive my order quickly.
Quality of clothes is cheap... no shipping info or return info. Had to pay to send crappy clothes back to CHINA. Have not heard back about refund and it has been weeks

My daughter's dress is very beautiful. Material is super soft. When sizing make sure you pay attention to the models size when ordering. My dress was too big but very nicely made.
I ordered a coat, on the advertisement it looked cute. The product I got is awful, not even wearable. Can not ship back since the shipping fee back to China costs more than the refund.
It took longer to get my swim suit than I hoped, but it looks good & fits! I have so much trouble finding a suit that fits that I haven't had one in 20 years.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
