I ordered 3 bathing suits, two dresses and two shirts! Everything except the shirts were perfect! Love the dresses, so many compliments! The shirts just didn't look right or fit perfectly so I returned with no problems and money was refunded. I have since ordered 4 more items in the last week!
I had made a mistake with my order and when I noticed it the next day i wanted to cancel and get a refund so I could re submit my order. I had a full refund in my bank account within 48 hours! Purchased a couple items for a gift. Didn't think I'd receive package as fast as I did. So when the gift was given for person to try on, 30 days were past.( by 3 days). Bottoms were a size too big ( a little. Hopefully we can wash in hot water and they'll shrink enough).
Was told since it past 30 days I couldn't do anything about it. Which I do understand, but most times they will work with a person.
Oh well. I have ordered again hopefully this will go good as it's for me so can try on asap. So we shall see.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
