I ordered a Chrustmas top and lightweight winter top. Took 5 weeks to arrive. Even though they are very nice, I hate waiting that long. One fits oerfect; other is too big. Probably wont order again.

I've placed different orders ML******* & ML ******* that are still showing UNFILLED and I've en emailed a few times in regards to the status of orders which one was expedited shipping, but have yet to hear back I need an update on my orders please. I ALWAYS start by Googling every company name. It had 4 stars on the first page of reviews so I went with it. I received 2 bathing suits. NEVER liked the S, M. L, XL on bathing suits since I am a large chested woman with an average bottom half. The top part of both are EXTREMELY small. Both half fits great. WELL... having the same issue with UNDELIVERABLE emails. Had I know it was coming from China... well say no more. VERY DISAPPOINTED and I loved the bathing suits
I ordered what was supposed to be a plus-size swimsuit; it was nice, but way too small (more like a size Medium by American sizing), so I followed their instructions to return: wait 1-2 days for a ticket number via email from Customer Service; submit ticket back stating your order number, sku number/product name, reason for return ALONG with a digital picture of you wearing item (ridiculous since I couldn't even fit it over my head; I sent a pic of item alone) then I got an email suggesting 40% compensation for me to avoid paying return postage (no need to return) or if I prefer to return, they'll send further return instructions in next reply.

GARBAGE! CROOKS! COMES FROM CHINA AND IS NOTHING LIKE DESCRIBED. TOO SMALL. CHEAP FLIMSY MATERIAL. DISHONEST COMPANY. DOULBE CHARGED ME HOPING I WOULD NOT NOTICE. THEN WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY RETURN. STILL FIGHTING WITH THEM 8 MONTHS LATER AFTER SPENDIN $23 TO SHIP THE GARBAGE BACK TO CHINA. LESSON LEARNED! BUYER BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS! THIS IS NOTHING BUT A BIG SCAM.
The swimsuits are very pretty and colorful. The suits definitely look better on the skinny models. They aren't so cute when your fat back is there for all to see.
Many purchases, my wife loves their swimsuits. In May received swimsuit, did not fit to wife's liking, so exchanged for another size. Modlily sent us shipping label, I paid to return it and shipped the next day.
On June 29th realized we had not received yet, so used their online chat to determine where exchange item was. Employee Anusha finally found the info, apologized and said she had marked for expedited shipping. On July 16 we reached out again, and started the entire process over. Because I had grabbed screenshots of info from Anusha, I tried to attach to their chat, but wouldn't work. So I used the email option and sent info, received a Ticket number which I supplied to their agent, who pulled picture from email and actually posted on our chat box. She assured me it would get handled, they would email me the next day with tracking number and...crickets! So again today I use chat feature, but unable to attach picture of exchange...again. So I jump over to their email function, and it's not working today..."sorry, please try later".
I am left with no option but to contact my credit card company and file a fraudulent charge claim. My wife has accepted my plea to please NEVER purchase from Modlily again. I understand that issues and errors happen, but their ability to process these errors, even when sent the proof I received from THEM, is non-existent.

Even though Modlily reponded to my poor review tgat I could create a return thru their website they NEVER actually responded to my attempts on website to return item. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The swimsuit I bought had SEE-THRU BOTTOMS!

I am praying for my top to come before February 20 for my daughters wedding! She even beat cancer last year! I know Modilly is doing everything they can?!

I had a interaction with modLily on line. I loved my suit, but the top and bottom didn't match. I sent pictures and she said she would e-mail me. I have heard nothing.
This dress is beautiful! I am 5'2 110 lbs. Size 4 fits me perfectly. Very comfortable. It is way nicer than I expected. I receive this dress in exchange for my honest review
Took a long tome to recieve my order, one item was canceled, but customer service was good.

Got my order 3 months after I ordered it. I had no idea the stuff was coming from China. The two dresses I ordered were totally crap, they looked nothing like the picture.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
