I received a small sized item and when I attempted to try to return it thru Modlily customer service, I was met with UNDELIVERABLE emails.
After which I checked other customers responses and found they experienced the same UNDELIVERABLE emails.
Since then I've come to notice everything comes from China, which was never promoted in their website. I find that to be false advertising & misleading customers. Especially when it came to returning an item & receiving a full rebate; which I learnt is half of what a customer paid. Very very DISAPPOINTED.
I am going to UNSUBSCRIBE from this wedsite immediately.
