On Feb 13,2017 I ordered 3 bathing suits and needed to return... I have yet had no response after numerous times trying to contact you! We need this resolved!
My experience with ModLilly has been quite satisfying. From the selections, value, shipping to the comfort & fit of items. I also like the unusual designs available.
Quit putting all these spinning things on that don't work. I just bought 5 items tells me if I buy 3 get 1 free. Didn't take one off very disappointed

I purchased a dress on 11-3-16 for a Christmas party. I started contacting modlily on 12-10-16 because I still hadn't received my item. Tracking number was junk and all I kept hearing was please wait, then they tried to blame the holidays on the delay in shipping. Finally I got tired of it and demanded a refund, modlily only wanted to give me a 20% discount on an item I hadn't received. I filed a claim with PayPal and amazingly today on 1-7-17 my package was in my mailbox, funniest part is the tracking number they gave me and PayPal is not the tracking number on the package. They never shipped the item the first time after PayPal got involved my dress was airmailed out of china.
This was my very first time ordering anything clothing here. I ordered a small because I wanted the clubwear fit. IT FITTED AMAZINGLY! I cannot wait to wear this out and dress sit up. It can be worn for casual or outerwear! I will be ordering the black set really really soon! Shipping was hell of FAST! A Bang for my buck!
Was told by agent delivery would be no later than the 18th if march 2023 and told it would be 22nd of march 2023. Still waiting and the agent I chatted with today day said it was being delivered but no other info was given. Will never order from them again.
My friends said they had look at ModLily but was afraid it wasn't a real site till they saw my new tops now they are planning on shopping with you.
I recently purchased four Modily tops and capris pants. They are all the comfiest clothes ever. I love the fit and how they look and feel. And the pricing for each item was Fanta. This was my first time shopping with Modily and it won't be my last. Definitely going to be a repeat customer. Customer service is also excellent!
I am a 6 foot tall women who finds it very difficult to find anything that fits properly. Touche! Very pretty with very quick service.
Follow up to my review below. I have since returned my order with an RMA number they provided me to the address they provide to me and a tracking number I provided them, but the facility that they told me to mail it to is a storage unit and is not excepting my package from the United States Postal Service. This company is a complete joke. Do not ever order from these people. I'm sure my bank is having is have as hard time dealing with the situation as I am. Run run run run far away from Modlily!

Placed an order mid nov buy 2 get 3rd free including top for Xmas party 16th dec, delivery supposed to arrive 6-14 dec.
Kept an eye on site just always said processing no further info given, I contacted on 6th dec to question as I presumed it would have been dispatched but just not updated the tracking to be told one of the tops was on back order so wouldn't be dispatched at all (this was the party top) so I ended up cancelling the whole order. They did process the refund within 24hrs so that was great but would have been helpful if they had let me know as soon as there was an issue with the order so I had more time to make alternative plans
Easy order process, awesome clothes, quick delivery time and have placed another order on Oct 20th, shippment should arrive fairly soon. I love the clothes and plan on Modlily being my go to place to buy my clothea and gifts for others from on a regular basis.

I received items that were wrong sizing compared to what the website had listed on their website. I contacted them to try to return items and found that it was very expensive to ship to china as that is the address they gave me. They then offered me 30% back of what I paid for items. I answered Rotita and said I would take it since it was too expensive to ship back, but now after contacting them at least 3 times they won't answer me. I thought I had mistakely ordered 2 of the same dress and placed a ticket to quickly resolve the issue. The response was quick and they did everything possible to locate my order without success. I discovered finally that I did not complete the order, which was the reason it couldn't be found. I notified them immediately that it was my mistake and I was able to place and complete my order. I placed an order on October 14,2021, with a guaranteed delivery date of October 29th. I ordered 7 items (all clothing) of which two were Halloween shirts. I received two items on the 29th only one was a Halloween shirt. Today is December 6th and I have yet to receive the other items. I've chatted with them through their website twice and both times they couldn't give me a delivery date. Their website indicates if items aren't received by the delivery date, they will give a 50% refund. Well, I'm not holding my breath for that one! Especially when I can't even get a delivery date for my items. NEVER AGAIN will I be ordering from this company.
It is very easy to buy items at Modlily. Clothes are in fashion and of great quality. I couldn't image buying clothes onlinewithout Modlily. Thank you Modlily for your great service as always. I hope it will be better and better.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
