Received 2 items & advised my other 2 items would arrive in a separate package on 15th Feb - 23rd Feb
Still not received my items.
I bought two dresses and one tankini for my coming vocation to the beach, I can almost wear it for any occasion. The dress is so colorful and I love them so much! I really love the customer service from Modlily who recommend those clothes to me. Thanks so much!
Do NOT waste your money! The styles are colorful and stylish on their website. What you get is a poorly made product that is made of cheap, chintzy material. I bought 4 tops, all fit differently and were see through, but ok. I bought 3 jumpsuits, all were a faded black. I returned them within the 30 day money back guarantee period. It took 5 weeks and dozens of emails to get a credit. Then they took out a $7.99 "LABEL FEE." Bottom line, you don't get a full refund. If you're up late so that you can get on their chat, if you press the point that you want a "Full Refund," they disconnect you. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! SHOP USA NOT CHINA!

I was very satisfied with my order. It arrived before the date that they told me. Unfortunately, I had to return 2 out of the 3 outfits. I was expecting to get a return copy to stick to my package like other online give, but it seems I couldn't get any. I did send a email, but it wasn't clear….i did send the package….I hope I will get a refund for it….otherwise, unfortunately, I will no longer order from them. Hope that my description will help…..
I have just received my first order from ModLily and was initially concerned that I wouldn't receive my tankinis in time for my holiday. May assisted me throughout the process. She was really helpful and she managed to get my order delivered just in time. I love my tankinis and will look forward to wearing them on holiday.

It was easy, I wanted to change one selection, I called and the representative was soo helpful and took care of the change in seconds. I am very pleased with Modality, love the product!
I order a swimsuit and it never got delivered. They say it was. I never got it. I told them that I wouldn't be asking about where my item was if it had been mailed to me. So I lost the money, and have no swimsuit. I feel they are liars, dishonest and they need to be blocked, from doing business on American Internet and all social media oulets.
The clothing I bought fit very well and everything seems to be well made. I gave four stars because of the shipping. It seemed to take forever! So, if you want something in a few days, go elsewhere.
Was concerned because I had placed an order & paid through Paypal, 2 days ago, and although I received a receipt for payment from Paypal, I received nothing from ModLily with my order number or tracking number. Maya was able to quickly find my order an send my the information I was looking for, specifically my order number and details acknowledging receipt of my order. Thank you Maya.
Modlily is an easy ordering site with merchandise of quality. Have ordered several times and have always been pleased with my purchases.
The product is good. I loveFacebook. I've gotten. Good quality, sizes are right. One issue is the time. I ordered 2 tops I still don't have but I have things I ordered after. My biggest complaint is the amount of ads they have. I opted out and then I wasn't informed when my items were coming. Way, way way too many ads.
I have bought a few items from this company and have found good quality at very reasonable prices. Despatched fairly quickly. Very pleased
It was easy to order delivery was fast and the dress was as described good quality. I would definitely order from them again and I would recommend their products.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If you plan on trying to return an item. Forget about receiving a credit back. I ordered a bathing suit and returned the bathing suit and it was signed for and received. Did not receive a credit and they kept the bathing suit. If you plan on returning for a refund, forget about talking with someone and you will not get a credit back. I will never order from them again

Unfortunately the quality of the two swimsuits I ordered match the price. Too good to be true is an accurate statement here. Fabric is thin, both swimsuits had an odd odor to them, washed them and the color ran on the black and white stripe suit. Swimsuits supposed to be the same size and one is way bigger than the other (even though they were same style). Took forever to receive once ordered exactly 3 weeks from date ordered. The one thing I will favorably say is I think the design of the swimsuits was good. Kind of like a coverup over your bathing suit top... it works!
I placed and order on the 6th of OCT... i got a reply saying... shipment cannot be delivered due to long address... I found it strange... none the less i contacted their customer service team and got it sorted... I told them that i needed the shipment by the 23rd for my sons bday... today is the 22nd and the shpt has not even arrived Dubai... once it arrives Dubai it will take another 6 days to get delivered... Now this service is very very very bad... my sister too cancelled her order... DO NOT TRUST THEM...
