I also caved and ordered from ModLiLy, not realizing they were a Chinese company. It took 2 weeks to receive an order acknowledgement, 2 more weeks to receive shipping information, 3 weeks until the package arrived in the US. That was Dec 7th, it is now Jan 6th, and after attempting to track via USPS, filing two claims (still have not been contacted although they state it will happen within 3 days), and countless email exchanges with ModLiLy, they have processed a full credit (which they say can take several weeks to see on my end). It's so not worth the trouble.

I ordered 2 bath suits and a shirt in February and received them in March so time was acceptable. The website did give approximate time frame for delivery and it was within that frame. I wasn't sure what to expect as I wasn't familiar with the website and so many sites are filled with cheap products that look great. I was very happy with the products. They fit as stated and look really great. The material is of heavier weight than I expected and I'm hoping they hold up well. The bathing suits weren't super expensive so I think for the money, they are a great find.

Reason I dont give 5 star review is only because of the almost 2 months delay due to the Covid 19 outreach again this shop experienced in the Beijing Warehouses. However, I commend customer service. They always keep you posted and reply back to your ticket questions to their best. All the items I ordered are great quality they are true to your Size. I am US 4-6. Iam 5.5 feet tall and 135 pounds. They come individually packed, presentable. They are perfect and very comfortable. I cant wait to wear my pink Top & bottom set! I was also impressed with a white TShirt I randomly ordered to test the quality because it had Sunflower details in the front and I love Sunflowers! I liked it so much very soft and breathable material. I steamed it assap at home and put it on. Ideal for Miami Summer days

This is my first time ordering from ModLily and I will definitely be a repeat customer! I purchased several swimsuit sets, tops and bottoms thinking I would most likely end up returning a few items - ordering clothes online has its risks - but I'm happy to report that I'm keeping every single item! I love that I can mix and match tops and bottoms. I bought a swim set that had turquoise bottoms that perfectly match a multicolored striped top, I wasn't even thinking I could put them together until my order arrived. And now I have even more options! I'm 5' 2", large-chested (38DD), weigh 175lbs and ordered size large and everything fits and is well made with quality fabrics.

At the beginning… trying to place an order was a PAIN as I was repeatedly told I could not log in… Finally -with patience- I placed an order for two bathing suits… They arrived a few days ago and I love the fit / quality. Am thinking of ordering two more…. Dreading though the hassle with Logging in - signing in!
