I cancelled 24 hrs and have to pay $3 handling fee. I'm ok with that but there is email trail of endless BS And now they say refunded to my store account... I have no store account and specifically asked for refund back to my original credit card... TOTAL BS co. I shop exclusively online and have NEVER HAD AN ISSUE... buyer beware for sure
Everything I ordered wasn't in stock. Requested a refund several times and was assured it was processed but never did receive it. Requested proof it was processed and never received it. DON'T order from this site.

I ordered a cyan swim top and a cyan swim skirt. They are not even close to being the same color.
Very disappointed to put it nicely. I want a full refund on the swim skirt no kidding no maneuvers flat our my money back for the swim skirt. As for the swim suit I like it and have worn it. I wanted a matching swim skirt.

Why does a coat that I purchased size 2x not fit, I also purchased a dress 3x doesn't fit in arms the arms in these are so skinny that no one can put it on. Am stuck with a coat & dress that can't be used. Would like a return label for these two items

Loved the product (which was posted from within Australia) BUT needed to exchange. It would make more sense to be able to return product to address that it was sent from (in Australia) instead of having to send it back to America - making returns not a viable scenario.
I loved the bathing suits I ordered and they fit well. I just wished the bottom of the tops were hemed. I think that would make them look more expensive. The fit was good! Delivery was good! The price was very good!
I purchased 4 bathing suits and some tops. I love the bathing suits. Happy with the fit and the quality. However I wasn't happy with the tops. I didn't like the material or the fit so I am returning them. As far as the time I received my order from the time I purchased them I was very satisfied. I got them fairly quickly. Now lets see how the return process goes and my refund. I mailed them back today.
They arrived two dasys ago and it's really to my surprise. I think it will be arrived in seven days, because the colthes I buy from other site always arrived in about seven days.So I am satisfied with the shipping service from Modlily.com
The shirts were cheap quality. Could have gotten that quality of $7 on Temu or SHEIN with free returns but instead we paid 3x that and had to pay for returns plus once they received the return they claimed 1 shirt had a peculiar smell.
I wouldn't even know where to begin. First, it took me a MONTH to receive the items. They were on "holiday" for TWO weeks - right in the middle of that time and were not even available for questions!?!? But it gets worse. I measured myself, ordered based on their charts, and two of three items were GIGANTIC as in two or three sizes too big. Finding return information was impossible, and when I finally did, I was asked to MEASURE the items before returns would be allowed - what? Get out my tape measure and crawl around on the floor measuring their clothing because their charts were wrong or pieces incorrectly made? NOTHING good about this company. NOTHING positive to report. I wish we could give negative stars!
I have ordered from ModLily before and have always received my items when they said it would be delivered and the products are great. I get a ton of compliments on them when I wear them. Just watch the US sizes by item, I wear XL and sometimes the US XL on an item is 12-14 and sometimes it is 16-18, so just be mindful of that. But I don't doubt you will love these products.
I am so happy with the items I brouht from this site, the material is really soft, stretchy and comfortable. Fit the body well.The customer sevice is very helpful. I like it.It's a happy online shopping experience.
I also caved and ordered from ModLiLy, not realizing they were a Chinese company. It took 2 weeks to receive an order acknowledgement, 2 more weeks to receive shipping information, 3 weeks until the package arrived in the US. That was Dec 7th, it is now Jan 6th, and after attempting to track via USPS, filing two claims (still have not been contacted although they state it will happen within 3 days), and countless email exchanges with ModLiLy, they have processed a full credit (which they say can take several weeks to see on my end). It's so not worth the trouble.
I placed an order January 31st. I have yet to receive my order. I've emailed their customer service several times to inquire only to receive an email from maildemon stating that my email was undelivered. Delivery said 9-14 days. Very disappointed because I need the jumpsuit for February 22nd. This was my first and last time ordering from this site. Definitely won't be recommending this site to anyone!
I ordered 2 bath suits and a shirt in February and received them in March so time was acceptable. The website did give approximate time frame for delivery and it was within that frame. I wasn't sure what to expect as I wasn't familiar with the website and so many sites are filled with cheap products that look great. I was very happy with the products. They fit as stated and look really great. The material is of heavier weight than I expected and I'm hoping they hold up well. The bathing suits weren't super expensive so I think for the money, they are a great find.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
