I ordered 4 items, they came very fast and were exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately 2 of the items I did not like (nice items, just not for me) and submitted them for return. Unfortunately the app process for doing that wasn't clear and I submitted them separately. I was worried I only had one item showing as being returned so chatted in to confirm both can be sent under the same number. The chat representative did not know, couldn't understand and told me to return the item and then they would decide, I asked to speak to someone else and they refused. I ended up emailing support and getting an answer quickly and have since sent my items for exchange. It hasn't been received yet so I don't have the new items but I'm sure they'll be great!
I ordered 2 one fit fine, and the other one the bottom was the size of about a 22(xxxxL) and the top was the size of a large. Not very consistent. The other bathing suit fit as expected (XL). I wanted to send a picture but couldn't, then I was added the shipping to send it back.
May provided me with the best customer service; letting me know that my order (MM**************) was on the way and would be delivered within the next week or so. Low and behold, I received my order yesterday. I was pleased! Thank you May for helping me!

The package was shipped to the wrong address and was returned. I provided the correct address and they are supposed to reship it to me at the correct address.
I love Modilly. The shirts are comfortable and fit well. Except my last order 😞. The shirt was two sizes too small. So now I question true fit.
I wasn't expecting my items to arrive as quick as they did so very pleased with the service. Customer service are on the ball. Some items look better in the picture but all In all I would order from them again
I lucked out that a couple of my sweaters and one shirt fit me, out of five i purchased. But the other 2, the size on the package was XL as I had ordered, but the shirt inside was a medium. I got no response when I made a "ticket" to let them know. Zero response. They sent me the wrong shirt and now I am stuck with it. Same thing with another blouse - the XL in the sweaters fit me fine, but this shirt was XL and it was about three sizes too big. No use even contacting them. I get nothing when I do. DO NOT order from them!

I ordered two shirts from ModLily. It took quite a while to get them. Once they came, one was okay & kind of fit but the other one didn't fit at all. The sizing was way off on both of the shirts. When I went to return them, I found out that it would cost me shipping to return the shirts and then after they received them back, they would send me the cost of the shirts minus $9.99. To me that wasn't worth sending them back. I was very disappointed with that fact and the fabric wasn't very good quality as well. I ended up keeping the shirts and will find somebody that can wear them or will end up giving them to Goodwill. I was very disappointed and will not ever order from ModLily again.
I just received this dress today for my niece, and I was worried it wasn't going to look the same as picture, I read some reviews before ordering about the material being costume like and it's nothing like that, costume material is stretchy and cheap looking and this dress was absolutely beautiful. My daughter is thinner than my niece and it also fit well, it all depends on your body as well.
Easy 30 day return policy is a flat out LIE! They are rude, unresponsive and quality sucks. I should have just gone through paypal instead of thinking they would deal with me in a fair fashion. They sell under multiple names, not just Modlily. My guess is organized crime because they get away with stealing people's money. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I could go after them leagally, but I guess there are no business regs in China.
I ordered several items online, all of them the same size. I received one item before the rest of my order arrived and it was clear that not only did this item not fit, but neither would any of the other items I ordered. So I returned the one item for a refund, which was quickly granted, and I requested that the rest of my order be canceled, knowing they would not fit.
My request was dealt with in a timely manner and I received a credit for the items that had not been shipped yet and which I had no received yet. I am very pleased with Modlily's customer service.
I had made a mistake with my order and when I noticed it the next day i wanted to cancel and get a refund so I could re submit my order. I had a full refund in my bank account within 48 hours! That is customer service! I re ordered and excited to recieve it. Thank you for the great service Sunshine!
I placed two orders within days of each other. I received order #MM**************. The items were as described in the catalogue. I was pleased and look forward to receiving my second order #MM**************.
This company is the worst clothing company i have ever used, the three tops i ordered arrived in a terrible state, threads everywhere, fabric had pulls and just awful quality material.
Whats worse they would give me my noney back only 40% due to shipping costs.
Not sure why i should have to pay for their lack of quality control.
I have threatend tradig standards and they dont care basically.
I will not be using this company ever again and i will be warning off everyone i know.
I usually shop at House of Frasier, and ordered a dress that had only a size 10 left. I wear a 12 and researched the dress to find the website had one in my size. Online ordering was no problem and I received my dress within 3 to 7 days. I would order again.
Item was sent with return address of Jane.com and no return instructions. I called Jane.com and they said a company from China was using their return address but wasn't them. It was from modlily. Item doesn't fit and not good quality. Getting the runaround from modlily trying to return/get refund

I ordered a swimsuit from them. Received it and it was way off on the sizing. I want to send it back, but their process says to submit a ticket. I submitted a ticket and they do not respond. I guess I am stuck since this is a Chinese company, they don't give a____. I have tried to contact them but to no avail. There is no way to contact them other than by submitting a ticket. They are obviously fraudulent. Do not order anything from this site!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
