No status on shipment.
Had computer issues which ended up cancelling my order and I couldn't get help in reinstating the order or receiving a status. Couldn't get a refund to my credit card. The refund was held and I had to order from them to get my money back, and still haven't gotten my order or a status.
I placed my order on February 2nd. After 2 weeks I contact them on February 17th and told them to cancel my order. The told me it had shipped on February 5th. The only thing that had been done on February 5th was a shipping label. Now looking at the tracking info it shipped out the same day I cancelled my order. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This company is scammers!
I got a beautiful wine colored blouse from Mdlily. It came very quick, before time. The fabric was very high quality, designing and color was same as in the picture. The size was a perfect fit. I wore it for a family getogether and everybody loved it. I highly recommend this company. Definitely going to buy again.
The clothes are up to date and good quality. The prices are on par with anyone else's. The shipping is expedient and notices are sent to let you know when your order will be delivered.
I selected the bathers, then returned for exchange. I paid for return and they were received. I had selected the bathers for exchange. I found form a bit hard to follow, but it clearly showed bathers I wanted to exchange for. Time elapsed, then was advised bathers selected apparently did not exist. I told them my husband and myself keep seeing them advertised. Eventually had to supply photo. Love modlily tops which I have purchased. The bathers have arrived and very happy with them. I am 82yrs and will be very careful not to have exchange experience again. Thank you

I appreciated getting an anwer right away to my question and am hopeing to get my return and exchange back quickly by using one of the two labels provided, since they are both going to the same place I did not want to pay $9 twice for the same merchandise exchange/refund. This company is horrible! They sent me 2 items 3-4 sizes too small, then $#*!ed me around for a month claiming that it was cheaper to make a deal. I told them I didn't care whatever worked, but that they needed to pay for the return shipping and that I did not want the products. I did not see the point. After I filed the chargeback with my cc, they apparently posted a response after i charged back and claimed that I would have to pay for the shipping and would only be refunded 60% of the product,
So not do business with them! If you like a garment take a picture to a local seamstress and let them make it. You will have a lot less headaches.
Customer service very POOR! Lack of understanding, and no help provided once sale has gone through! Quality of clothes very cheap, UK market stalls sell better material, shipping costs which make you believe if you pay more than your delivery will arrive quicker! ERM NO! This site should stop trading in the UK!
I ordered 5 items of clothing all very poor quality! Considering all the sizes i ordered were the same, the clothes are all different sizes! One of the swimming costumes I ordered smelt of chlorine! Their customer service is designed to p*ss you off in hope you go away! DO NOT give up!

I received an email from ModLily stating that my order was incomplete. I quickly began a chat and got Anusha. I explained my issue providing a receipt showing that my order was complete and paid. Anusha confirmed providing tracking and updated delivery for me. She will also send me email of our communication for my records. Great customer service and support. This is my first order. The style and clothes are great, but sizes do vary----it may take a small in this shirt and than a large in another. My measurements according to the charts are a small. But a lot of the mediums run really small and the larges are huge. But this is not a big problems because I share the clothing with my family.
I have ordered previously and always happy. The only drawback is the shipping is super slow. Love the items once I received them. 🤗

I ordered two T shirts from modlily and they came in great condition and looked exactly as advertised. The shipping was a bit slow and the sizing was a bit off but other than that shopping by modlily was a great experience! Wonderful costumer service!
When I decided to peruse this site I was amazed at the wondrful garments etc. & the great prices. I naturally bought some items & have now received them & am totally pleased with them. This site is so wonderful & I would certainly recommend.
After realising my order had never arrived I emailed my concern and someone got back to me very quickly and kept me updated as soon as things changed and had no problem in resending my order. For this I say thank you your service was 5 stars

Just ordered a 2 piece bathing suit which looked suitable for plus size (the one with tassles on the top). On the photo the bottoms look high waisted. They really are not and no support in the top which doesn't habe as many tassles on the photo. Plus the material is quite see through Looking at other reviews, I don't think I'll even bother asking for a refund as looking at their policy, you don't get a full refund anyway. I just hope other people read these reviews and place a big order with them. Don't waste your money.
I did have a great experience with Modlily Customer Service and the Representative that was helping me with the 3 items I did not receive was very helpful and went over and above expectations.

Modlily, like Covid-19, comes from China - and nothing good ever comes from there. Their subpar customer service is nothing but an AI chat bot with broken English, and you will get nowhere asking for a refund when something goes wrong with the order.
Ordered a swimsuit and never received it due to a computer glitch on their end. First they claim they never received my payment even though the charge clearly shows on my credit card statement. Then they claim they didn't have my address, which had to be entered twice while ordering. They canceled my order without telling me and kept my money. When I asked for a refund I got nothing but a runaround.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
