Received the three tops I ordered yesterday
Never ordered from this company before and was hoping it wasn't a scam!
To my delight I got my order and I love them all! The fit is good and the color and styles are great

Delivery disappointment
I purchased enough to get free delivery. But the items were delivered to my house when I had completed on the order for them to be delivered to my daughter in Tennesee. So it cost me $14 to send the items to her. That was not cool
I struggle finding modest swimwear that is cute. I ordered 3 and am ordering 2 more I love them so much!
Received both suits in decent timeframe, did not like how one top fit, tried to access return option, VERY difficult, just gave up on trying with no success… most likely will not order from this company again
The items took about a month to arrive, but that part doesn't bother me. The items I received were of horrible quality and fit. They look nothing like they look in the picture. Not only are they too small, but the fit is very unflattering and awkward (even in a size bigger, the fit is still awkward. Loose in the wrong places; tight in the wrong places). Their return policy is terrible. I just looked into it. Essentially, they do not allow for a full refund based on not being happy with the item. You have to pay for the postage to send it back to China (VERY pricey, but somewhat expected) and even then, they do not refund 100% if they receive the items and they are unworn w/receipt. Etc. They have an unheard of policy where they only reimburse you 60% and thats if your return is approved (you have to contact them to get it approved before returning). Absolutely ridiculous. Lesson learned.
My order has been placed for 8 days now they where so quick to take my money but but so slow to ship my order or at least respond to my ticket all I want to know is what is going on and how long it will take to get to me no one wants to answer me I'm getting irritated I will never order here again
I have returned some items and there are two I would still like to return but there is a "no return" on the items and I should have looked further into that information when I ordered them. Because of that, I have two items that I want to return but cannot.
After 3 months of waiting for my order to arrive and 2 months dealing with stupid customer service representatives they told me to pay 30% more so they can post me another one becouse my order had been lost. Only thing a had left to do is to open case in PayPal so they can help me with full refund. Never, NEVER buy enything from this website.

I received a Quick response from the return department in reply to my comments. I Love the products, However I am having to return some items in exchange for larger sizes. I plan on ordering more products in the future. It seemed a little more difficult to return my
Items because your company does not offer a customer service phone number. I would hVe preferred to talk to a live customer service representative. It would have made the return much more simple.
I bought a top for my daughter for Christmas and waited 3 weeks never got here till after Christmas and also it was so big poor quality terrible customer service can't even get a hold of anybody just a shame that PayPal allows them to do business with them ever again
I ordered swimwear for my vacation on March 7th, 2023.The goods took over 3 weeks to arrive. I was already away on my vacation.
On the positive side, The swimwear were of good quality and were true to size.
They were a bit pricey.
I have only had one top of 3 separate orders that I did not like and I will send back. Things fit great. The colors are as presented on their sight.
I was nervious about buying on line but absolutely love this suit. It was so easy to order and could buy each piece seperately really works very well. I am 58 years old and love a nice suit and this one fits just as it was described on line. I will be ordering more for sure.
After reading the size chart below each products and consulting the customer service, I chose the size that is a bit larger than what I choose in US, and the size fits me well. I am happy with what I purchased in this website.
Great product info, on time, fit perfect. I would recommend to others.
I absolutely loved the blouses that I received. I do have to return 1 because I ordered the wrong size but, it is still beautiful and all I want is a replacement in the right size. They fit to size and you get what you order.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
