I really like their items. Their pages are hard to order from. They give discounts for this an that. But you never really see the discount. That is annoying, I havent' had any problems except their ordering is confusing. You order then they post receive a discount do this and yada yada to many popup discounts from them that are confusing
Seriously I do not understand why trading standards do not shut this company down. They are fraud. I ordered 2 dresses paid for express delivery 1to3 days it did not come after a month and me reporting them to PayPal a message came one dress was out of stock and they have refunded me credit in their account which I said no I want the money to my pay pal account they just ignore me keep sending their adverts. Finally one dress arrived OMG I really never seen anything like it terrible thin cloth not Jean as advertised small fit not the size I ordered it went straight to the bin can't be bothered the hustle of returning it. I should have gone to primark or matalan or beltal or i offer excellent quality there. Why this company is allowed to trade and defraud people I do not have a clue. Do not order no matter how tempted you are you will reget
Horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM MODLILY. Tried canceling an order before it was shipped no reply. Submitted 2 tickets and was never contacted by anyone. Tried contacting them by phone does not work. Item was shipped 6 weeks later and does not fit description. Very upset i will never order from them. They're very fast at processing your payment and then totally ignore you to stay with your money. Smh
This was my first time ordering from you and was not sure if your clothing ran true to size. I was very excited that bathing suits and skirt fit perfectly! Also I appreciated the gift of earing's you sent they are beautiful. My only concern was the delivery of items, I knew when I ordered it would be after the Holidays but when the Tracking History kept saying it was still in one place since January 4th I had to contact you on 11th that I had not received them. Once you were aware of the issue, you resolved it and it arrive a couple days later. I am very satisfied with my items, I have told all of my other friends that your clothing does run true to size and with the Quality, the Beautiful Styles and Pricing you need to order from you.
I purchased the Plus Size Polka Dot Tankini Set and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The package arrived on time, the customer service communication was great & the bathing suit itself is so flattering! The tankini is great quality & reasonably priced. Will definitely be a returning customer.
I normally wear 4-6 in a dress of this style; however, I am long waisted and I expected the waist to fall at my natural waist. It did not, I ended up with an empire waist and the arm holes were cut way to small. Can't wear it, so I gave it to a friend.
I should have known better than to buy from a site like this, however, they offered a refund if returned. Beautiful pictures of clothing - I wear a Ladies Large most of the time an XL from this site would not fit a toddler. I followed ALL return instructions and returned right away (writing a ticket is a bad review in itself) I returned the items with tracking - the shipment could not be delivered 2 times. USPS finally got it delivered and the fight began for my refund. Now filing a dispute through PayPal and if they don't cover it my Credit Card company will. I HATE getting ripped off. NEVER purchase from them. Unreliable, Scam, Ripoff.

I wasn't expecting much for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this dress. I'm borderline Medium/Large so I usually error on the side of caution and get a large. It fit well and was not too baggy; I am very happy with the purchase. It is made of a stretchy fabric so will stretch with you. It was a very comfortable dress. I received so many compliments.
I placed my order on May 5, 2020.My package was due to arrive at the very latest yesterday. Their shipping service is horrible and I will not purchase nor will I reccommend Modlilly to anyone. Their tracking system is horrendous. Their explanation is ("Sorry for the inconvenience, I have checked your order, your order has been sent out, but due to the coronavirus, the logistics has been delayed, we have urged the express to speed up the transportation, can you wait for a few more days?") Dont tell me its because of Corona Virus. Everything else I've been ordering always has updated shipping information and it never takes this long to be received.
I ordered a top from them and it was a "large" size. When I got it, it was maybe an American small-medium. I used the return pages on their website to get a "ticket" to return the item and I requested an exchange for a large size. Even that replacement was way too snug. I filled out another ticket for a refund. I could not convince them that I did not want another size but I wanted a refund. Through many email exchanges, I decided to send the two "large" blouses back and request a refund. They defaulted to their policy of not honoring refunds after 30 days. It took me that long to get someone to acknowledge what I was requesting. Just save yourself time and money and do not do business with them.
The items are awful! The sizing is all wrong and everything is extremely large. Then you have to pay to ship it back, terrible customer service and it takes months... yes you read that correctly months!. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is why it pays to buy local!

Ordered this outfit for a blues concert in May. I ordered a size large cause I know most of their clothes run small. Well all I can say is that this girl WAS FINE AS WINE. I looked & felt sexy. Highly recommend this sexy cat suit:-)
I ordered 2 swimsuits, my usual UK size 12/14 however, find them too small. I did not return as I loved the style of the suits, passed on to a friend who is a UK size 10 and ordered the larger size 16, which fits fine. So very hesitant to order a dress for example as I would be worried regarding fit. If I lived in the USA I would chance it as I love ModLily styles.
My friend recommended this website to me. The goods here are really cheap, and the quality is very good. This item is such a comfortable fabric and hugged me in all the right places. I'm a curvy girl and it was very flattering and I got a lot of compliments on it all night long. It was very comfortable to dance in and didnt ride up or bunch up anywhere. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
