I love ModLily for their swimsuit tops. They are very flattering and camouflage body flaws. The only thing I would improve is faster shipping.

I have been shopping with Modlily for a while & my last purchase I needed to return a few items. I was having a very frustrating return experience & could not get a return label or anyone to help me thru email. I finally decided to start a live chat & Maya come through like a champ. After placing my order I realised I ordered the wrong size. I immediately thought i had wasted my money however hoping for the best I sent an email requesting a size change. I received a reply email within hours stating the order has been canged. My dresses arrived well packaged & fitted. I am very happy. Thank you
Received sizes so small that couldn't be worn by a midget. Poor material on which they lied, poor sewing. I still have their email where they state that I must return the merchandise to Shangai at my own expenses plus taxes.The shipping would have been 220 Eu, my purchase 200, right out the window! No guarantee of money back. They didn't comply with my PayPal and refused to return the money. Clothes are such poor quality that non one would buy them in Italy. Sadly enough this company pairs with New Chich and Floryday, with same unfortunate policy. Stay away from them all!
I ordered 4 swimsuits and paid with PayPal. I'm just out a hundred bucks, I see that now. I did not realize the goods were being sent from China and that took two weeks alone. Can not get ahold of ANYONE and their email "response" is just and auto response that doesn't solve a thing. I keep requesting an RMA # for return of new unused items still in the packaging. The suits do not fit, they are such poor quiality its ridiculous. They got me this one time but never again. I hope this helps you NOT order from this awful company.
I just ordered with company a couple of days ago. Still havent recieved a tracking or order number through my email. I didnt know at time of order that the sizes run very small. I already know I'm screwed with the sizes I ordered. I also used their other company Rosewholesale to order, not knowing it was same company with a different name. I dont use my credit card on any online sites to purchase with. Paypal is free and I encourage anyone to use them to pay through. I did and already see I might have to file a dispute to recoup my money. Paypal will get your money back sooner or later. After reading reviews I will never shop with these 2 sites again. I bought what looked like a cute dress. The sizing info was inaccurate and the material was a horrible polyester. I "submitted a ticket". The company responded saying since shipping was so expensive from North America, that they would compensate some how. I declined the offer and have repeatedly emailed them so I could return the item. ZERO response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Now I'm stuck with a dress that smells like plastic and will likely disrupt my endocrine system if worn.
It was hard to narrow down my purchase from all the pretty choices! I am 59 yrs old and looking for adequate coverage without looking frumpy. I chose the Fake 2in1 Striped Dark Grey Tankini Top with matching skirt and the High Waisted Paisley Print Green Swimdress Top with the Pocket Detail High Waisted Swim Shorts. I followed the size guide lines and selected M tops and L bottoms. I am 5' 5" and weigh between 140-145 pounds. I wear a size 14 pants and 12 dress. The suites fit very well and feel great. The best part for me is that the shorts cover my rear cheeks and are so comfortable. (the skirt comes down enough in back, also) All the pieces are of high quality and look good. My husband likes them, too:-) Bad lighting in my pictures doesn't compliment the colors; they are better in person. I can't wait to go swimming!
Ordered 3 items on September 23rd, and they arrived on October 13th from Shanghai! I seriously thought I wasn't going to receive it until well into November (which has been my past experience with other businesses shipping out of China.) Very satisfied with the shipping aspect of this order!
Took 3-1/2 weeks to get my order... from Shanghai! I ordered it for vacation... yup, it arrived the day I came home. Tracking stated it was "in process to ship" for 2 weeks. Terrible service! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
The S-L-O-W shipping might be worth the wait if you were getting a great deal on some nice clothes; but this is over-priced Dollar Store merchandise. "Item not as pictured or described" is an understatement: the "wine" colored dress I ordered turned out to be a garish orangy red, poorly made of cheap fabric, and the sizing is so far off that, even if I decided I might wear this ugly crap in public, I couldn't. The only thing different in my review of the 2nd dress is that the color is slightly closer to the described/pictured color. Neither is wearable. Returns: too much of an ordeal. Don't believe the website pictures /descriptions! Save your money!
I ordered two dresses. According to the size chart, they should have been fine. When I got them, they were to small and they said they are Asian sizes. They tried to offer me a discount on a future purchase because they said the shipping is so high, I wouldn't get any money back. They should have eaten that shipping since what I got was not what it said it was. I ended up giving the dresses to the lady at the post office when I saw how much they wanted to ship them back to CHINA. I would not recommend doing business with them and I never will again!

This site sucks, I have been trying to do a return for a bathing suit for a month. There is no easy way to do returns. You have to open a ticket. I opened one I got a response that said "send us pics". I don't want to send it pic of me in a bathing suit, it just doesn't fit right. Period! Aaaargh!

I placed an order for 2 bathing suits on February 26,2016 it is now March 7th and the order has notneven been shipped yet. Both items i ordered stated that they would be shipped within 2-4 days. I have sent several tickets and have recieved no response from anybody. Needless to say i will not be ordering from this company ever again. I feel they are another scam site as is Sammy Dress
Truly speaking, the dresses I bought from Modlily are much better than those I bought on other online shopping websites. But I waited for almost two weeks for my package. But I really like the styles on Modlily therefore I think it worth waiting for.
I find it very difficult to login into my account. Easy to shop and get an account set up but then when trying to login to do more shopping a second time I find it very difficult. The SIGN IN button doesn't seem to work.
Good luck if you buy a product that doesn't fit and you need to return. I followed all of the on-line return instructions ans sent the package to the address Modliliy provided along with the ticket number on the outside of the package and they refused it!
I then took a photo of the returned package to post on their website to show proof of delivery and the system said my cell phone photo was too small to post.
I just want my money back and have issued a formal complaint with Chase Visa.

I purchased quite a few items & 1 was too small & 1 was too large. Sent only the 2 back & I got an email that they were received back stained so I wouldn't get a full refund. I only tried them on & put them right back in the bag... definitely no stains. They have lost a customer even though I do like the clothes
I finally received my order after 6 weeks. My swimsuit was cheaply made. The tankini top was huge for a medium. The bottoms fit fine but I had to assemble the strings to them. My jumpsuit came the same way. The bottom portion of the jumpsuit was tight fitting while the upper portion was very loose fitting. My body isn't oddly shaped either. I'm very proportionate. 34C, size 6 pants.
After finding out how their returns work, I'm just taking a loss.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
