I ordered a beautiful Christmas top beginning of November. It took 6 weeks for it to arrive! I couldn't even wear it for the holiday party that it was intended, not that I would have worn it anyway as the top was hideous. It did not look anything like the description and it was way too large. I paid $10 in shipping for a top that was not as described and took 6 weeks to get here. Return policy is you have to pay $10 to return the item- not well communicated on their website as you can imagine. So I'm out $20 for a top that had to be returned that was never worn and was not as advertised. I will never order from ModLily again.
I have been trying to make this purchase for over a week with no success. Anusha is the first person to respond with a response that may or may not help. I have used these cards before on other sites with no problem but been unable to at this one.
I have been trying to return two bathing suits I got a couple of weeks ago, way to small. I have been trying to get and rma and a return address but no one has gotten back to me at all~~ a little annoying! I hope someone can follow up on this and resolve it, I am also looking for full credit! Mrs diane brown
ModLilly and Fashion Mia I believe are the same company! The websites are designed to frustrate you so that you give up and just keep the merchandise and forget about the money you spent. Upload photos? Seriously? I am trying to return 2 items and it's a process. I ordered about 8 items from Fashion Mia and half of them were not available AFTER I already paid for them! What a scam! Never again! If I don't get a response quickly, I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission! I bet all the "great" reviews are phony!
I recently ordered 2 swimsuits for an upcoming trip. I was concerned about the shipping timeline and worried I wouldn't receive the order before I left. When I submitted a ticket asking about it, I received a speedy and reassuring response. My other concern was seeing reviews stating the sizing was out of spec. I can tell you, my order arrived today, as scheduled, and the quality was excellent, the sizes were exact, and the suits were exactly as shown and described. This will not be my last order with Modlily. Can't say enough about their sales and service!
The item I ordered was a tankini. The top fit, but the bottoms were smaller than needed, so you may want to take this into consideration before choosing the size to order. The company was willing to work with me to get what I needed, which was very helpful. The shipping did take longer than ordering locally, but I received the item when promised and before I needed it, so that was good. The best thing about this company is the prices!
One month later and still waiting on half of my order. Also need to return a couple items I have received but can't access the return information. Maybe once the rest of my order arrives?
I ordered from Modlily on May 5th and cannot get an answer from them about WHERE my package is. They gave me a tracking number... doesn't work... EVERY time I reach out for info I get a computer generated email response... FURIOUS!
I have received my order. I have now been trying for days to get a response as one of the items is too large and I wish to send it back and get a smaller size. This seems to be an impossibility, as no matter how many times I try, I seem to get no where! I cannot get a "NUMBER"

I ordered a jumpsuit for my niece on May 18 and it is the end of June and she has not received it! I have contacted them twice and I get no feedback, so I'm calling the card company and asking for a refund! OVC
Experience was good delivery great. Only one major complaint kept receiving adds from you same old.
I did unsubscribe so many times and still in they came. Unfortunately that's why I'm unhappy.

After placing my order I realised I ordered the wrong size. I immediately thought i had wasted my money however hoping for the best I sent an email requesting a size change. I received a reply email within hours stating the order has been canged. My dresses arrived well packaged & fitted. I am very happy. Thank you
Received sizes so small that couldn't be worn by a midget. Poor material on which they lied, poor sewing. I still have their email where they state that I must return the merchandise to Shangai at my own expenses plus taxes.The shipping would have been 220 Eu, my purchase 200, right out the window! No guarantee of money back. They didn't comply with my PayPal and refused to return the money. Clothes are such poor quality that non one would buy them in Italy. Sadly enough this company pairs with New Chich and Floryday, with same unfortunate policy. Stay away from them all!
I ordered 4 swimsuits and paid with PayPal. I'm just out a hundred bucks, I see that now. I did not realize the goods were being sent from China and that took two weeks alone. Can not get ahold of ANYONE and their email "response" is just and auto response that doesn't solve a thing. I keep requesting an RMA # for return of new unused items still in the packaging. The suits do not fit, they are such poor quiality its ridiculous. They got me this one time but never again. I hope this helps you NOT order from this awful company.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
