Modlily promised a refund via "Clara" on the site chat, but conveniently did not send it in automatic form when checking the box for such. No product was delivered, the product was cancelled within minutes, and yet Modlily wants to now offer an in-store credit and keep the monies collected! The bank has been notified of the fraudulent scam and has possession of the chats that were sent after numerous requests (sans the original), for the purposes of dispute resolution.
This is my first time shopping with ModLily! Loved the quality of the garments and the fast shipping. I'll be back!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
