I placed a order that took a long time to get, once I received it I was back from my vacation, wanted to exchange for a different size! They said it had been past 30 days! Which is bull$#*!! They go by the order date, not when you receive it! Clothing is definitely Chinese made! Quality sucks! If you want cheap clothes at a cheap price without any service order from them! Never any paperwork with your order!
How do you return this junk?
The color of one blouse looked nothing like the picture and even using their measurements it doesn't fit. The other has a sewing defect in it. I want to return them but don't know how as no one seems to respond.

Terrible! I ordered and paid for a swimsuit that never showed up! It's been almost 2 months. You cannot contact them directly. You can send "a ticket". They will reply after a couple of days and tell you each time that it's in transit. That's all you get!
Buyer BEWARE!
This company is a complete JOKE! If I could give them less then 1 star I would. They delayed shipment with no excuse, sent a damaged/flawed item and would not refund or offer shipping to return. It was their mistake not mine. Do not order. Poor quality, misrepresentation and NO customer service. They do not ship in the timely manner as promised and then the items are defective.
I bought a truly terrible dress from this site. It looked cute in the photo but arrived after almost a month made of cheap rough paper-like fabric and it appears to be hand sewn (in a bad way). I asked to return it and it turns out they're in China, don't speak much English, and have no policy in place for returns. 16 emails later I am giving up and throwing it away. Really shocking way to run a business.
Bought 3 tops it said free shipping over a certain price so was not expecting the extra $25 they put on my order. The tops did come very fast to Australia but for $107 the tops were not what I expected. One I put in the charity bin. The other 2 being the material they used for summer t shirts will make you sweat so much. Why not if they are truely t shirts make them in breathable jersey. What a waste. I've now bought 3 tops from Katie's at a cost of $55 and I KNOW I will wear them.
I will never ever order from Modlily again. The quality of the dress I've purchased is very poor and the size XXL actually is Small. The chart on their website with measurements for each size is not even close to the actual measurement. There is no way to communicate with Customer service since they are in China, and the return would cost me more then the item itself.
Delivery took longer than expected but I do like my suit. I think that the suits run small
After finally receiving this incredibly anticipated purchase I noticed it was the wrong size —too small.
So I created numerous tickets to find out your exchange policy and procedures. After your u sent me the return label. Therefore, I completed the form requesting a replacement. After weeks, I contacted you and was told I had to pay shipping and an additional amount for the size difference. Which I did. Numerous questions later (as well as weeks), I was promised the return. After nagging, I finally got the tracking information. No updates days at a time. I'm still waiting for my suit lastly promised to me today!
I needed a formal occasion gown and since they are SO pricey, I turned to the world of online "cheaper" attire and hoped for the best. I was nervous spending $100 online in a shop with mixed reviews, but I got the item when it was promised, it looked exactly as I thought it would, it was very reasonable quality for the price and it fit just right. I had no difficulties with this order and, at some point, I might be brave enough to try ordering from them again!
I have purchased 6 swim dresses from you this year. Two orders of three each. Only one was quality and fit properly. Being unable to select the correct bottom size is also a problem. I'm a size 14 on top and wear a size 10 pants. Huge bloomers is what you get when you can't select your size bottoms. Thank you for your time. Cynthia
I placed my order for swimsuits almost 4 weeks ago. I've yet to receive my order and when reviewing the tracking info, it looks like its still in CHINA! I'm sure glad I submitted my order on the first day of Spring. Hopefully it'll get here by Memorial Day when the pools open.
I'm giving it a 2 star rating only because I haven't seen the products to know what the quality is yet. Hopefully I don't find out I rated it too high.
I ordered an item on Nov 22 and still don't have it on Dec 29,2016. Supposedly, it is "in transit" from China. Tried to send messages through their email service/on-line chat, and the messages always bounce. I hope others check reviews before they order and resist.
I tried to order an item 3 times, and each time my payment/order was cancelled due to some unspecified credit risk. I tried using both credit card and Paypal. I make frequent online purchases using both methods, and this is the only problem I have encountered. I contacted them 3 times and got a form response from them saying I should use Western Union. I also purchased a dress from one of their sister sites, Modlily, but the neckline was not what was pictured. Cannot recommend these sites at all.
The sizes are way smaller than normal. My WHOLE order of many many items $170+ worth is too small. They said I can get $20% off orders, or send back at my expense and have %40 deducted. Lose-lose for customer. I like the designs but bad customer service and for sure tiny sizes. I can't even get my head through one; yes it's that bad.
I placed and paid for my order before I read the reviews so I thought I'd lost my money. However, to my delight and surprise my orders arrived in just over one week and were exactly as ordered. Unfortunately I usually by stretch garments so these were a little tight $#*! the fabric was woven and not stretch. I'll leave them for end of summer when I've lost a little more weight. But I'm thrilled and going back on line to place another order.
I ordered 2 items. One arrived 5" smaller than the measurements on their size guide. The other was stained. Though their guarantee says they will give full refunds on defective items and those purchased due to their mistakes, in truth they only give a 10-15% refund. They will give a 60% refund if I pay return shipping which is about $35 on a $60 order. I will not buy from them again and encourage others to only buy from China through eBay or Amazon so you have a backup warranty.
Very pleasantly surprised! Excellent quality and well made. True to size. My only criticism is the length of time they took to come but then again they were travelling a long way! Well worth the money. I will definitely be buying again.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
