Beautiful clothes! However, a few items I bought were not true to size. Most were spot on but, the items that did not fit either could not be returned due to a sale or a return label has to be paid for (even though it states that the item returns free!) I love the variety of fashions but, the shipping fees and few discounts make me tend to consider elsewhere. I wish I would have read the fine print first because I'm stuck with items I can't wear.
I bought 4 ladies tops that looked adorable on line but when received were cheap, shoddy, apparently poor knock offs of the pictured tops on line. Don't buy anything from this China based web site! I wasted $100 on these "sale" items.
I have 4 of these tops in different colors. I love them! I wear size large and they are a perfect fit!
The sizing is way off and the fabric is really cheap. They substituted another swimsuit for the one I ordered; they're both black, close enough, right?! I did not review this Company prior to purchasing, so I'm going to send them to the thrift store and spare myself any more dealings with Modlily.
I have Ordered 4 swim suits and have loved every one of them. They are excellent quality, the material feels sturdy and I am confident that it wont tear or develop loose seems while swimming. Every time I hear Someone ask where they should buy a swimsuit I send them to this website.
I love almost everything they show on their website. I ordered a top, just to see. You could tell right away that it is made with a cheap wrinkly fabric. You should be able to throw a polyester garment into a bag and it comes out looking perfect. Not this one. You do have the option to return for a full refund, but because they want a tracking number, mailing it back is very expensive. It would have cost me almost $20. So I chose to keep the garment and take the partial refund. They gave me back a little over $5 USD ( paid $30 USD). Won't be doing that again.
Bought three dresses, After I purchased everything I went to the reviews to see how long it usually takes for people to get their items. They shipped it out within two days of putting in the order and a day and a half later I got home and the packages were at my door. Everything fits perfectly and I've got no complaints! Maybe I just got lucky, but I'd definitely order from here again. :)
Love this shirt! I normally wear an x-small but I read the reviews to get a bigger size. I ended up getting a medium and it fits perfect! I've gotten so many compliments. Just go by the measurements, and you'll be fine. I bought both colors (navy & white) it's a great price and I would completely recommend it!
I have been waiting on my order for quite some time. I can not seem to get any sort of direct answer where my product is. The tracking number they keep providing gives zero answers. They just keep saying "wait a few more days" it's been a few days and the package has still not arrived.
If you read any good reviews on here it because this company wrote it. They steal your money and send you crap which takes forever to receive! Call your credit card company and complain. I have disputed the charge as fraudulent. There is no way to speak to a person about your order no they are in Hong Kong!
I need to return two bathing suits. I have written 2 emails and not one reply has given an RO or an address to return these items.
I cant order the correct sizes until these are returned.
I find this customer service doesn't really care, let's see if they read this and make changes.

Recent orders that placed with Modlily have proven to be very positive. The quality of their items has improved, as compared to a year or two ago. I appreciate having the option to pay in installments if I have a larger order. The delivery times could be a little faster - sometimes I receive my product quickly and other times there seems to be a delay. The Customer Service follow up is GREAT! Would recommend Modlily - overall a positive experience.
These products are so bad and of poor quality! When the products finally arrived the sizes were wrong. The image in the ad does not reflect the product you receive. Stay away from this. It is also very difficult to find and track your order, and you do not receive order confirmations. Follow-up note: After I complained to ModLily (through PayPal), I was offered a refund plus 15% They said that I could keep the clothes, as shipping it back to China would be too expensive. This does not make the clothes any better - but at least they tried. Another follow-up: now they offered to refund only 35% of what I originally paid. I am working through PayPal and hope that PayPal are true to their promise to be instrumental in completely refunding unsatisfactory products.
I hesitated to order from this company, but I did love the pattern on their bathing suits, so I ordered the return process took forever I had to pay shipping both ways and to avoid another shipping charge. I asked for an exchange which they still took $20 off. The price of a $36 item for the exchange I will never order from them again.
I would never do business with this company again. It's all a scam. I order a swim suite and it has taken all most a month and still don't have it. I been keeping track and it makes no sense one day it will be right down the road from me in Texas and now it's is Chicago IL. WTH? Ppl don't know what they are doing...
This was my first time shopping here and everything I ordered was of good quality. I did order a larger size than I normally wear because their measurements seem smaller than U.S. sizes. But, that's okay. The clothes and their fabric colors are cute and as pictured. I will order again. Yes... it did take a little longer than I had hoped to receive my order, but it still arrived within a reasonable time... only about 4 or 5 days later than expected.
I ordered 2 bathing suits this time & necklace & ankle bracelet. Same as last year... My 2 suits are Absolutely Fabulous! Look EXACTLY like photos & shows they are of excellent quality! I am so very happy & pleased with my purchases. They fit perfectly too. I really do love this site! Would highly recommend as well! Also, things arrived within 2 weeks which is also Fabulous! Way to go Modlily...!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered something in early April that never arrived. Submitted a ticket to get the ordered cancelled and was told over and over again over a period of 2 weeks to wait a few more days please. I demanded a refund since the shipping never changed ( I didn't realize this was shipping from China), then they tell me that they can't return it until they receive a product. I will be pursuing legal action against them.
I ordered two bathing suits on May 1 and have yet to receive. I use their ticket system to inquire and always receive general sorry but zero results. This is the typical scammer company that takes your money and runs! I wish authorities would dive into this company and rid of their existence as their business practices are illegal by taking minors yet not delivering the product!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
