I've ordered from Modlily.com several times before and I've never had a problem. Their clothes, especially their dresses fit true to size. I purchased the lace backless chiffon dress and a few other items a few weeks ago. Aside from being more than satisfied with the price, I was able to track my order and I received it exactly when they said I would. I had absolutely no problems with the way any of the clothes fit. Great website, great service. I'm definitely keeping this website in my favorites.
I ordered 6 items from Modlily and received one. That item looked like it was made of plastic, so I returned it. I have not received any other items and when I email to ask for a status I am sent a tracking number that is not recognized by USPS.com. My order was originally placed in mid February. It is now the second week in April. I have asked for a refund and the site keeps sending me the same tracking numbers. Save yourself a lot of money and DO NOT order from this site. They are a scam and should be shut down after being investigated for fraud.
Note to self: never buy anything off dodgy online websites before reading the reviews. At least I got sent my dress, about 3 months later. However it was absolutely nothing like it showed on the picture. If I could post a picture to show I would. What a joke
Good shop and customer service. I have bought an very beautiful top, it's thin and delicate. Put on and off with care to make sure it won't tear. Definitely runs small, order two sizes up. All in all, I love it so much and will recommend to my friends.
Last month I was so excited when I saw the cutest top online. So I hurried up and ordered it before it was out of stock. Sorry to say that I had forgotten all of the bad reviews that I had seen on FB regarding your company. I see so many friends commenting that they love your clothes but have had problems receiving/returning their purchase. Which brings me to my problem... I placed an order on Feb 16 and Im still waiting for my order. Very discouraged!
Have yet to get anything we are not thrilled with. Very important... for each item check measurements and also read comments. Customers are a huge help in discussing how item size fit them.
Shipping is not fast so as soon as you have an event, double check shipping times.
And there's no way to return them without losing a large portion of your money. Look great online, in fact, i take pictures of the stuff i like and have a seamstress make it for me in material that I pick. Total waste of money. Great website seems, ordering easy, until you get your product and don't like it. All the reviews are fake. Bad english, made up names... and all 5 star reviews, give me a break, do you think we are stupid Modlily?
I don't usually write reviews because either I forget or too busy with activities. But I'm writing this review to tell how nice this swimsuit is. The material is very nice and not too thin like some other suits bought at department stores. The top length is perfect to the top of thighs for me because it really looks slimming on me. I love the vibrant colors. The only draw back is the bottoms are just a little too short and form fitting for my liking. But I think I'll get used to it. The size runs a little tiny bit large, which is better than a little bit too small. I can always tailor it to fit me better on the top. Just very happy with it and is a great suite
I really love everything that Modlily has. They're clothes are so cute and I'm absolutely in love with my sweater. It's really comfortable and soft. The price is probably just right, not to expensive not too pricey.

I've had some questionable results with other sites over my bust size, so was hesitant to order but tried anyway as I love the bathing suits I see on the on the website. My package came exactly when it said it would and fit like a dream and also, and I think this is important was exactly what it said it would be! I will be ordering another bathing suit soon!
I'm a seamstress, you do not make bathing suit bottoms with seams left open and not sewn down, this irritates the vagina, causing rashes and pain. Poor sewing, wrong sewing, poor quality materials, when wet stretch out,
I've been shopping in shein, for over a year already. Customer service is amazing and you can easily ask questions and they will respond to your message the next day. The quality of the clothes its always good and it's very affordable, to make it even better theres reviews in almost all the products so its easier to shop and pick the right size.
Merchandise is cheap pathetic knock-off from China. Garbage TOTAL SCAM! Shipping takes forever. Stated value on package was $6 (for $56 retail items) -seemed too generous for what I received. Can't even bring myself to donate. I think I will keep items and share with news stations. Returns more expensive than items! Currently they are offering me a crappy 20% refund. I cannot believe I was taken in like this. Spare yourself and spread he word - MODLILY Is a SCAM, along with Dresslily etc. Research on Buzzfeed, online. ***SCAM!***
Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I order a top for 4th of July that I thought was super cute. Not only did it arrive AFTER the 4th but it's like a pink/salmon color instead of red. I also ordered a size up and it's still too small for me. I spent like $24 on this top and all they're offering me is a 15% reimbursement (which is like $4) and to keep the item. I don't want the item. I want my full money back but it doesn't seem like that gonna happen unfortunately. Their customer service is terrible to work with and I will NEVER order from this company again.
I ordered 3 tops on 12/9/18. My CC was charged immediately. I didn't receive the tops until 1/10/19. Totally ridiculous to take 1 month. The quality is ok. Although I did order a size larger, one of the 3 is too small. Also, none of the tops have a name tag or fabric tag or how to care for tag. I don't know who these people are but I would highly recommend you do not order from them.
The clothes look very stylish and the price is right... BEWARE Sizing is way way off, quality is not good, delivery takes months not weeks, no customer service, can't return anything. One washing and the clothes fall apart. Don't believe the "good" comments. If they did a good job they would have so much business but it's all crap, walk away.
You know Ive read the reviews for this site from others and I can honestly say that I DID NOT have the same experience. I ordered 3 items from Modlily two dresses and a blouse. They came neatly packaged and were exactly what I ordered. The quality was better than I had expected. And they all fit perfectly, I used the size chart provided and my exact measurements during ordering to prevent having any issues. I would definitely order from them again.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
