Customer service, shipping very good. I kept the tankini top but returned the swim shorts because they were too short for me. I had to pay to ship the swim shorts back so that took half my refund.
I ordered 4 items and found out one was discontinued. The money was immediately credited to my account. The 3 items I received are of great quality and I like them. I would suggest ordering up a size. Im happy I did because they fit like my normal size would fit. Will order from Modlilyagain
I ordered a bathing suit over a month ago and they still have not even sent it yet. Wanting it for a holiday I am leaving on in a week.
Found the ordering process to be very simple, I was kept updated with regards to shipping, processing etc.through the entire order. Items were received earlier than expected and seem to be great quality. I was so impressed I placed another order a week later, here's hoping these items arrive early as well.

My order was lost with the carrier. Modlily looked into it, communicated with the carrier and me, finally located my order and got it moving. The late arrival had nothing to do with Modlily, in fact, Modily fixed the issue for me. I am now wearing my purchase and getting many compliments on it.
I did a review of three dresses I purchased - I mentioned that I was disappointed that one was patterned on front but had plain black back - took away from the dress in my opinion but it was as advertised - the pics showed black back but I my haste I missed that so no fault of Modlily - they contacted me with concern the dress was not as advertised but I advised that the dress was infact as advertised but could be so much better with pattern on front and back. Customer service responses were quick.
I love all the stuff I get from Modlily it all fits so good and the material on the jumpers are so soft and warm, the only thing I would say on the negative side is everything is so long, it would be nice if you did a petite size on the clothes as well s the tights, the sleeves and the body on the tops and jumpers are long.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
