Being a first time customer I was a bit skeptical but when my order arrived I was very satisfied with my entire order & was actually surprised that my order arrived earlier than expected. The quality of the items I order was excellent and I will definately be ordering more items in the future.
The white blouse arrived and was wrinkled. I tried it on and liked the way it fit. I washed it in cold water, put in the dryer on warm with a Bounce sheet. When it was dried, tried it on again and it had shrunk. I gave it away

This was my first purchase with Modlily. My swimwear came in nice packaging and arrived within 21 days.
Dress to a long time to arrive after receive by date. The original listing stated it could be returned or exchanged. As soon as I checked out it said no returns. The dress was beautiful but I needed another size and unfortunately alterations would cost 4 times the dress expense. Since I couldn't return or exchange I was not happy with the listing and receipt not being consistent.
I can honestly say modily gives excellent service products are of a extremely high standard and delivery is prompt and on time I have shopped with international online company's before who are nowhere near as good
It takes entirely too long to get what was ordered and comes in multiple deliveries. Also they say easy returns but 1 of my bathing suits I didn't like and they said I could exchange or return it. It been a month and still waiting on the last bathing suit I ordered.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
