Modlily has been a great company to order from for me. The clothing I have ordered is always great quality, the size is true to fit. Normally shipping is quick, however my last order was delayed because of Covid shutdown. Customer Service informed me of the delay and kept in touch with me during this delay. I will definitely order again.
I put in my order on Black Friday. I received partial order after Christmas. The second parcel has yet to be seen. I'm not happy and will never order from them again.

I ordered three items from Modlily and I am very happy with all three items. Ordering was easy. They have a ton of variety in their products to choose from. Pretty good filter system to narrow your search.
If I had known that it was going to take so long to receive my order I would not of ordered from this site. I ordered at the end of November and received the order at the end of December. Tracking the order was difficult. Response time from the company on questions was fast. But with very little information.
My first order, one pantsuit and one dress. Material felt cheap and seam of bust wasn't right. Order was 104$, getting 86$ back but also had to pay to ship back 26$. So really, getting 60$ back. Cost me 44$ to try on two outfits.
My husband purchased 6 shirts for my birthday well in advance to make sure he got them in time. I had purchased from Modlilly in the past but never had to return anything. So I was surprised when Modlilly would not let me return 2 of the 6 shirts that I didn't like. I would even exchange them but they keep responding "their orders say they can't accept any returns after 30 days". But they will refund 20% as a gesture.
So lovely and a very good fit would highly recommend this top thank you arrived quickly too
I ordered some beautiful tops from this place but I couldn't tell you how they fit how they feel or anything because I never received them. It has been over a month and a 1/2 I have been in contact with them numerous times and all I get an answer is please wait 7 days for update please wait 3 days while we contact the shipping company. The tracking number shows it just stalled and it says that it hasn't even been mailed so they lied to you and tell you that you'll get an update but nothing's been sent. I had to contact my bank to get a refund because all they kept telling me was wait wait when I requested a refund because I never got my package
Placed an order 11/22/22. Money was taken immediately. Here it is 1/2/23 and still no order. Emailed them andno reply. Will never order from them again. Be careful out there
I placed an order in November. After the noted delivery date passed, I followed up on its status. From that moment on, Modlily started to be evasive. First, there was an unexpected delay, and promised delivery within couple of days. When that deadline came and went, then they started to push the date further back. I was supposed to receive the goods on 12/9, which of course they immediately collected the charges for. When I told them Ithat I'll dispute the charge, they declared the order was shipped. However, when I track the order, aside that it's stationary since 12/13, the Post Office tracker said my information doesn't match their record. So this entire month and a half waiting was just to buy them time to clear the charge. This is one of the worst form of crime that these chinese manufacturers are well known for.
I ordered a beautiful Christmas top beginning of November. It took 6 weeks for it to arrive! I couldn't even wear it for the holiday party that it was intended, not that I would have worn it anyway as the top was hideous. It did not look anything like the description and it was way too large. I paid $10 in shipping for a top that was not as described and took 6 weeks to get here. Return policy is you have to pay $10 to return the item- not well communicated on their website as you can imagine. So I'm out $20 for a top that had to be returned that was never worn and was not as advertised. I will never order from ModLily again.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
