Placed an order 11/22/22. Money was taken immediately. Here it is 1/2/23 and still no order. Emailed them andno reply. Will never order from them again. Be careful out there
I placed an order in November. After the noted delivery date passed, I followed up on its status. From that moment on, Modlily started to be evasive. First, there was an unexpected delay, and promised delivery within couple of days. When that deadline came and went, then they started to push the date further back. I was supposed to receive the goods on 12/9, which of course they immediately collected the charges for. When I told them Ithat I'll dispute the charge, they declared the order was shipped. However, when I track the order, aside that it's stationary since 12/13, the Post Office tracker said my information doesn't match their record. So this entire month and a half waiting was just to buy them time to clear the charge. This is one of the worst form of crime that these chinese manufacturers are well known for.
I ordered a beautiful Christmas top beginning of November. It took 6 weeks for it to arrive! I couldn't even wear it for the holiday party that it was intended, not that I would have worn it anyway as the top was hideous. It did not look anything like the description and it was way too large. I paid $10 in shipping for a top that was not as described and took 6 weeks to get here. Return policy is you have to pay $10 to return the item- not well communicated on their website as you can imagine. So I'm out $20 for a top that had to be returned that was never worn and was not as advertised. I will never order from ModLily again.
Well made sweater. Great fit. Easy to use site. Shipping was a little slow. Guess because of the holidays.
Items did not appear when expected, constant internet chat with the company to try and resolve. Eventually products arrived, but one had to be returned for different size and one as it didn't suit.
Expense of return is very high. No sign of refund or replacement items as yet.
My top is far better than I expected, it's good quality and a perfect fit and just right for those special occasions.
I will certainly buy from Modlily again.

Ordered a jacket on 11-19-22 for. Xmas present. They said latest delivery date is 12-07-22. I thought great. Here it is 12-27-22 still no package. Been trying to get a refund for last 2-3 days. All I get is the runaround. So I'd say customer service is as bad as their delivery prediction. I won't buy from again. Order at your own risk.
I only received part of my order. Emily was willing to ship my remaining items asap. I needed it in a few days & since it wouldnt arrive at the time, i wanted to cancel it. With no hesitaton, Emily took care of it. I was pleased how quick & easy this online chat process was.
I ordered multiple suits almost two months before a beach vacation we were taking. All but one of the pieces ordered showed up within the first month...one piece that went with two of the bathing suit tops, almost two months into it, still has not shown up. Communication with the company has been responsive, but very confusing instructions and information. They have great selection and pricing but this is very frustrating, thinking I had started out early enough. I guess amazon has us all spoiled.
Took quite a long time to get the sweaters. I measured myself to make sure of the size I was ordering but they ended up being way too big and I had to return them. Found it a little complicated to figure out how to return them but managed to figure it out.

Ordered 3 tops took them a month to ship and another month to arrive. Ordered a sparky top that was not sparkly at all, painted but they made it look sparkly in the photo. Will never shop here again
I ordered a sweater for my wife for Christmas on 11/27/22 and today is 12/22/22 and I have yet to receive my product. The product is still showing departing the airport for the Post Office as of 12/7/22 but has never arrived (supposed to deliver to me no later than 12/14/22). The only way to resolve issues is to contact the company through their online ticketing system and it takes 24 hours for them to respond. I have sent numerous messages and am told to just be patient and give it a few more days. I then requested a refund and was told that I would need to refuse the sweater and then once they received it back, they would issue a refund. How can I refuse a shipment that I will never receive? I would advise to stay away from this company as they have terrible customer service and utilize low budget carriers to transport their shipments. Horrible experience and I have never written a review like this before and have ordered hundreds of items online.
I received exactly what I ordered. It took a while to get delivered but I was provided a confirmation and tracking number that made it easy to know when delivery would take place. Product is as described and appears to be good quality. I ordered swimwear and the sizing is true to size. Sizing is a hit or miss for many online shoppers and I like that ModLily offers the 14/16 sizing rather than the 16/18, as the 18 can be rather large. Many sites have sizes that run way too small or way too big. ModLily got it right!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
