I placed my order on 12 th April.
I received no email to say my order had been placed.
When i went to the website to check the status of my order it said itbhad bwen shipped and i should receive my order by 17th April.
Today is 19th April. No package
I tried calling the telephone numbers on their website... they dont work!
Also emailed many many times, no reply!
It looking more and more like Modanisa is a scam.!
The products are good and arrive on time, I would recommend the site to people as In my opinion it's trustworthy and the products are beautiful, I will be ordering from the site again.

If i can give them 0 stars i would. Most of there description on their products is not very accurate including the size. Cheap material, inaccurate size, and most of all their customer service is crap. They don't answer the phone, and when you decide to return the items because it dose not match what the ad says for the size and description they make you pay for the shipping when its there fault. They make you take so many pictures of the product and they don't take ownership of their mistake. Never dealing with those people. They did not refund me my money nor paid for the shipping because its their mistake. Customer service is 0 with this website.

I ordered a few items from this website, the products look (only in the pictures posted in their website) very elegant and of high quality, so I placed an order of 12 items.
When I received the package on the 1st of March, 2020 I was shocked to see how cheap and ugly items they sent me... some of the items (lipstick) arrived with an expired date and with totally different color.
Bags look horrible with very cheap quality, different size and shape (so small, not even good for a kid to play with) and also wrinkled as they didn't bother to pack it in a proper way. One of the bags' material is very thin and looks exactly like the material used in the garbage bags!
I also ordered a cardigan small size, but the one I received can't be small in any way, and there is a label on it says that it is S-M size, the label is half torn and looks like someone just poorly sewed it to make buyers think it is small size!
I also ordered some shoes, same thing poor quality, not as much bad as the bags, but still far away from the posted photos of them, boots have glue on it making it look with more low quality, and a high heel one has an M sign on it, which I though referred to certain brand, but the one I received is just a copy of it so no sign on it.
I only received two items that are considered ok, but not WOW: a wallet which came of ok quality but with a slightly different color, and a pants which is also of good quality but came in different size! I ordered 38 and received 40.
I paid USD 125 after they offered me %35 discount for my first order, but honestly I feel like a fool, and that they robbed me, because the items I received are so embarrassing to wear and don't worth %10 of the amount I paid!
My advice: stay away from this scam website, they will steal your money and you won't be able to get it back.

Ive baught a few things from the site. One of the Abaya/dress had a hole in one of the pockets. I baught a topcoat in khaki color and it came in a mucus green. On top of that, the pictures showed it had pockets, but in reality there were not actual pocktes. There ere stripes printed on that area instead. (idk how to explain this). I baught a sidebag which had a cardboard feel to it and and another abaya/dress i got was short even though i wear that size and i have ordered that size beofre. I also baught a vest in Large as a gift and it camelooking like an Xs NOT in accordance to the size chart. This site is really just a usllay miss, sometimes hit. You justhave to keep yourexpectation really low and only spend money on sale items so you arent spending too much money on dissapointment. Only pay alot for something if you are 100 percent sure it will come as you think. Be careful and happy shopping...(eh)

Please call your Back for dispute!
I placed order on 06. 11. 209 with N: ******* and had to be delivered on 18.11.2019 but today is 29.11.2019 and nothing. Since 18th I am calling Modanisa every single day and each day different lays. They gave me Hermes tracking number and is not working I also contacted Hermes and they said there is not any package send from Modanisa and also there is not any custom stuck issues with Hermes packages or Brexit borders issues.
I also contacted PTS the company which Modanisa uses for delivery and they also don't know anything about the order.
I contacted import office and they said to me that they don't hold packages and expect there is something suspicious like illegal content or incorrect documentation. Other than that they they can hold package only 2 days. Clearly Modanisa is up into something!
Customer service is horrible. I wanted to cancel my order and they don't do it! They say if I cancel it I can receive my money back when the package come back to them which can't come back because it is stuck on customs which means NO MONEY BACK!
I am not going to live it like that! I called my Bank for dispute and they will investigate and take my money from them. Please everyone in the same situation call you Bank don't just let it go! I also informed Modanisa about the dispute.

As I've had good Experience in Shopping ship with other Companies, I've never faced such thing and everything was going well. It was my First time to Experience Modanisa, the Experience was Horrible I just lost my Money for Poor Quality of items looking so Cheap and when i asked them to return the items as also they forgot to send the Jacket with the Belt they kept on promising me for weeks that they will return the items with aramex and send me back my money, but there were no Actions made. They even lied to me telling me to call Aramex after they put the blame on Aramex that they've been taking time to return back to Modanisa for the pickup arrangement. So I contacted Aramex and gave them my Order number then was informed from Aramex that there was no Arrangement made by Modanisa at all, they've also been ignoring my mails. I also have to say there customer service are horrible so they have a very poor service and quality. Take it as a Advise it not worth a try and dont bother to waste your money.

I have placed an order with modanisa to only receive a different product and color than I ordered. I tried contacting them more than ten times. I've sent more than 20 emails back and forth. They drove me insane! Asking me for a photo of the product, and then ask me for another photo of the whole product, then saying we need you to take a tape measurement measure the product and send us a photo, then they would say we want a photo of the tag for the product, and then they will come back to me and say we not need another photo with better lighting. And on and on and on and on never ending! I responded to all their emails I was promised someone will contact me and resolve this issue and give me a refund I was promised more than 5 times. Till today nobody has contacted me, they haven't resolve this issue or refunded me for this product. Till today I'm still waiting they took my money I have a damaged product that I did not order! Very disappointed with this company! The Next Step will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau!

I ordered from Modanisa twice. I'm not planning to order again. First, the shipping costs about 40% of the total amount. I paid $140 for my first order and $50 extra for my customers. For my second order I paid $55 and $25 extra for coatings. It's not worth it if you live in Canada. The other main issue is there customer service. It's horrible. They will take ages to get back to you only if you keep bugging them otherwise forget about it. Also, they really have a problem with colors of the images displayed on their website. Always consider the description and don't pay attention to the color of the image. I have received at least 3 items in different colors than what was displayed on their images. I'm terms of the quality, it's just fine it's not bad.

This is my first time ordering clothes worth of almost 54.00 dollars. I never received the package even though it says on my account that it was delivered. My husband was home and he did not see any truck nor did the bell ring. I called them many times about 10 times and each time they tell me don't worry we will contact UPS. I called UPS and started an investigation. The investigation has been going on for about a week and UPS said that they contacted Modanisa and that they never replied back! This company is literally a joke. There are illegal fraudulent stuff going on behind the scenes and I am putting a police investigation on this. I am 100 percent sure that Modanisa has a way to tip off the driver to scan the item at the correct location but deliver to someone else because they are clearance items on low stock and want to try to please regular customers. Like everyone else says they really are thieves!

This was my first purchase from this website. Looking at the images everything looked perfect. So i ordered few bags and scarfs from them and recived it within 10 days. When i checked the bags it was far from what was shown in the images
The bags were of such low quality and did not even have the brand mentioned in the bag that i recieve also the stitches were so visible that they looked cheap all the more. The scarfs were also of low quality
When complained, the customer service guy said its not the fault of modanisa if the item is of low quality. SERIOUSLY? Then whose fault is it suppose to be. Since the shipment is not covered by them and if i need to return it back i will have to pay almost 70$ to return the goods where as the amount i paid for the items were 63$ inclusive of customs. When i told them am going to give them a bad review they said that i will recieve an email regarding my complain and till date there is no email. Horrible items horrible service. I was promised to have my products
I was promised to have my products that I ordered for my mother and I, to be delivered before eid and it didn't come. Incredibly disappointing, I was relying on it. I spent so much money that is now to waste as the specific occasion I wanted it for has passed. Asked help from customer service and they did not seem to have interest in answering my questions. At the very least I deserve a giftcard or something for the inconvenience they have caused.

The worst thing about shopping from modanisa in Canada is that you have to pay 50% of the entire order price as duty to the postman. Don't even think about returning an item or it will cost you a fortune without getting your money back.
I like the styles and I have ordered a lot from this website but the sizes are sometimes off, specially underwear, tops and blouses sizes are not standardized... you may get lucky sometimes and receive the right fit. Shoes and bags, stay away from them. Dresses and trousers are fine. I have attached the picture of two tops that are both tagged as M but one of them is actually small or xsmall.

I live in Canada and the taxes and import costs are almost 50% of the value of your package. Also I bought a dress for $80 and unfortunately it did not look like anything in the picture so wanted to return but the shipping cost was $90. Other than these two issues everything else is pretty great.

Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order.
