These are the worse people to buy from in canada
I bought stuff from them for $315.00 canadaian,. When they invoice and send to ups $495.47., when i asked they said it was on sale.
I had to pay $121.42 duty
And many of the stuff is so crapy
Does not worth to buy from them
Its far cheaper here

He said there is nothing he can do for that

I ordered a package worth £244 from Modanisa consisting of shirts, tunics, dresses and shoes. Modanisa sent me the wrong package of just two scarves. I contacted customer services and they said to return the package and that I would receive a refund within 10 days. I sent the package with a tracking number and a screen shot of when they received the package. It has been a month since I had done this and I have STILL not received a refund. It has been TWO months since I placed my order and they refuse to answer my emails. I am so disappointed with this company. Especially as they are Muslim and they have been extremely dishonest. Appalling customer service. I would advise no one to order from this company with what I have had to deal with.

Cheaply made material

I had huge order ended returning most of them
The ones I though were good turns out As bad
one of the dress cost me $17 shrink soo bad before I even get to wear with hand wash and I air dry it Yeah so disappointed and skirt I kept material feels paper and makes a lot noise. Now the both going in what a waste

I ordered stuff worth CAD $73 from Modanisa.com where they were offering free express shipping and before receiving my order, the ups service charged me import charges for $32.77 Which i feel is very betraying. I had to pay custom fee, otherwise they wont give me the delivery.

As it states on our website, VAT/customs duty and import taxes are out of our control. They vary depending on the rules of the country and should be paid directly by the receiver. VAT/Customs Duty and import taxes are not included in the sum during the ordering process. Overseas customers are responsible for customs and tax payments in their own country. As policies substantially differ from one country to another, we have no control over these fees and cannot estimate whether you will be charged or not. The Courier company may require extra customs fees or customs duty in some cases. If you refuse your package, all fees such as shipping will be deducted from your refund when your package is delivered back to us. I had to get my order 24 th may, i called every day, they said me i will get your order in 2 days, so every day i hear the same words. I spent a lot of money, I spent my first Eid Holidays without new clothes as a muslim clothes. When i called them they said they are now Holiday vacations, so ok kept calm and wait when they come back to work. When my Holiday they made bad! I cant go outside because i don't have anything to wear.! I called after Holiday, they promised me manager will call me, so i still cant wait his call because he is always busy and he does not care their customers he is always in a meeting during all day every day, when i call them again they said sorry our work hours finished he will call you tomorrow, So what do you think is it normal? They made me very nervous crazy sad! I hate them! I wanted put 0 point!

No refund
October 24, 2018

Terrible experience. I had to return my product and never got my refund. They claimed they refunded, but I never received. This happened two times. I was kind of okay at first, just though it was an honest mistake. Then second time I specifically asked them to refund to another bank account. But they still claimed they refunded the other bank I told them not to. Now they are refusing to help. Costumer service advised me to double check my account like I am some kind of idiot.

I returned 2 items in one package. I live in USA. There warehouse for some reason misplaced one item from the package and as a result i only got refunded for 1 item. Has been 2 weeks since i reported this issue and they are still researching it. Is this how you do customer service? Should a customer be penalized for an error on your end
I shoud have recieved a refund no matter what to gain my business for future. I am never buying from you guys again. I am. going to ask my bank to get me my refund and do a charge back to you guys.

I have been having alot of issues with costumer service of Modanisa. No one cares about your problem with your order. No answer to all my Emails. Also They have a lot of stuffs the you can order then after a week they will say your items can not be supplied.

Stay away from Modanisa, rubbish size charts. They gave a discount for shipping costs when I paid, 1 week after I received my order I got a bill from UPS for the shipping costs for the same order, shipping costs where as costly as the order itself, simply cheating you to buy. Apparently they set and write reviews here and give themselves 5 stars.

This is my second review for Modanisa, because after 20 days still i didn't receive the full refund and i lost 312 emirati dirham. I send email to them, copy of the bank statement where it is clear that they keep for no reason 312 aed but nothing was solve. So dear costumers be careful with this website because you can lose your money

Disappointed!

My ordee number ******* is stil lost with Aramex since 2 weeks and neither Aramex or modanisa is helping me on the case! I kept calling Aramex and emailing modanisa and they keep sending an automatic email saying that they will follow up with absolutely no solutions! No I'm really afraid cause Ive ordered more items from them before knowing that they will not help at all and I hope I'm not loosing my money!

I live in Canada and it's hard to find a good quality Muslim wear, and say I found a store: I will not find a good thing.
The items on Modanisa are very fashionable and the priced are reasonable.
I loved how they explained the materials! It was a bit tricky to guess my size but I was right!
I ordered with 225 $CA and I payed on the door 77$ for the shipping company.
That's nothing! Comparing with the prices and the materials in the Muslim wear stores in Canada.

The items were in an excellent condition, the Abaya is wonderful, the coat is very good (needs some ironing), the dress is fabulous and the colours are beautiful.

I recommend everyone to order from Modanisa.

This is the worst company i have dealt with! I received a top with a lovely parrot design, however it had black dots all over and i thought it maybe just due to chalk from when it got designed, so i popped it in the washing machine on 30°c. When it came out, the spots were worse abd smuched and the design had peeled off nearly completely. I rang the company to complain and i was asked to email so i did, i had an email saying we will get back to you the next working day but im still waiting and this wad over a month ago! I rang twice after just to be told each time we will get back to you and solve it. Its all rubbish! Im still waiting. Its such a bad company, they have zero custoner service skills and the products are faulty. Dont buy from them whatever you do! Im warning you!

Super satisfied

My first experience with modanisa was great alhamdulellah. I ordered 11 pieces and all of them came in the accurate size, quality was good and it was exactly the same as the pics they have in their website. About the shipping, it came in exactly one week to KSA. Many ppl are complaining about the shipping. In the case of middle east, shipping is for free if u order more than a 100 usd. Of course, u have to pay the shipping of the company u choose to delivered to ur house. Modanisa does not charge u for the shipping inside turkey. The ones who charge are the international courier companies.
As a summary, i feel satisfied. I feel so satisfied that in less of one week i ordered again some other designs.

I want to address a problem in Modanisa.com, the currency converting between Turkish lira and USD is far away from real prices, for example a model cost 19.90 TL on modanisa.com is 9 USD, but in real convert its 6.68 USD, so that makes a huge deference in check out when you are collecting your cart in Lira and checking out in USD, so I request that they should fix this issue ASAP. This problem is enough to get coustemrs away from Modanisa. Waiting for a reply. Thanx

Issue not resolved

My order number is I******* placed a order and I wanted to return. They replied to my review saying my issue has been resolved. Nearly 2 months later nothing has been resolved. No refund, no free label, no email. Misleading costumer service.

Great material!

I have ordered multiple times from them. I ordered scarfs and a dress!
I always get my order within two weeks, i live in Ohio United States.
The only time I have an issue with them was that I got charged for my order twice. It was my fault because the internet got disconnected while I was placing the order and I thought the order didnt go through so I reorder it.
I contacted paypal and called their Customer service and the money was in my account within a week.
The colors of the dress was a little bit lighter from the pictures, but it wasnt bad at all and the dress wasnt expensive so I was alright with them!
Definitely recommend and im about to order more from them!
