Rip off

Sent for one order and received it eventually. Ordered another to be ripped off with this one. When they do answer my email after 20 sent they give me my old order and say it's been delivered. Will never order from them again. I am now £17 out of pocket and no way to get in touch other than the $#*!ed idiot behind the emails.

Processing time frame is a joke, but now I see their headquarter is a residential apartment somewhere in Brooklyn. Curtains arrived without original package stuffed in a usps priority envelope wrapped in shipping tape. Damn, should've just stuck with Amazon. First and last thats for sure.

Dove Deodorant

Placed an order advertising a variety of 10 pack of dove deodorant just received it it only had 2 different scents they were all the same false advertising at its best horrible packaging just thrown in a bag cans were dented

I will never ever purchase from this company again. Package went missing, only offer was to send another with the same failed shipper and shipping number. I am disputing the charge with paypal because their customer service answers are all canned responses, the phone number is a voice message only, no live service person.

Great customer service

I recently purchased a few items a beautiful bracelet and Beats ear phones for my grandson. For some reason I watched three beads go down our bathroom sink they just fell out. Then a wire broke on the ear phones within 2 hours of use. I was not happy so I emailed customer service. They contacted me by the next day and within 2 weeks I had replacements for both products. I didn't have to hassle with returning either items ( just a photo to confirm the broken wire). Now that's customer service the way it should be! I'll continue to buy from Mobstub it was a pleasure doing business with them!

I can't say anything bad about the 4 orders placed over the last year. One (for 6 pairs of fleece lined leggings) I was so happy with that I recommended to all my friends. Shipping is fast and accurate, and all products were as described.

Brilliant

Not only was the product brilliant, but the customer service was the best I've ever experienced. One of the sparkling crystals had come out of my earrings they got back to me right away and sent a replacement. I'm buying all my Christmas presents from these guys. All companies should have a Lily on their staff. Thankyou

I had links for free shipping w/ purchase +$49 and +$69, no coupon code needed. Though my order was over the minimum the shipping charge applied. I wrote to Support. Esther responded there is no free shipping. Esther insisted I show her the offer so I sent 3. Esther says they are all expired, which is a lie. 2 were undated, 1 had an expiration date of 12/31/14, therefore, all 3 should be valid. Bait & switch is illegal. If this is the way Mobstub does business then they are not to be trusted.

I ordered 4 wireless chargers, not one, 4, and found out none of them work. Christmas Day, we tried many different phones, and only one worked for a few minutes and died out. I spent $71.00 on them and shipping and they claim there is no

AVOID MOBSTUB!
March 26, 2015

Do not order from this company EVER! I ordered from a Facebook ad... six Murano glass and Swarovski beaded bracelets which were meant to be gifts. Paid immediately including outrageous shipping cost. Three bracelets arrived. No way to contact MobStub except via email. They of course have not responded to my two emails. I activated the Norton Consumer Protection account and lodged a complaint. I would be satisfied to get money back for the three missing bracelets and shipping; not holding my breath, though!

Don't waste your money it's the size of a queen bed and very thin. When I saw the clear bag that was ripped open in what they had sent it in I could tell there was now way it would ever fit my king bed. First and last order from this company

I have tried to return an item since dec 26 th customer service is only reachable via email and then if you do hear from them it's fake and they give you a link to a return shipping label that does not work horrible!

I purchased 2 solar chargers from MobStub. Neither worked and one had a broken clasp. I asked to return them with a refund and they have refused. Do not order from this company unless you read the fine print. They were final sale but junk. They were the quality of a dollar store item that I paid $19 each for. RIP OFF!

Scammers!

Tracking information indicated that my item had been delivered to my mailbox. It had not. Can't call customer service, the phone number no longer works! So, I emailed them and their only response was to go to the post office or check with neighbors. That's ridiculous. I communicated with them again and now they won't even reply. What does that tell you?!

Won't buy from them again

Purchased 23 "silver bracelets on leather cord" for my daughter's dance team. They would only allow 10 at a time to be ordered and charged shipping not once, not twice but 3 times! Then shipped all of the bracelets together in one small envelope that would have cost about $5.00 to mail... I paid over $30. Then when the bracelets finally arrived they were on a silk cord... not leather as advertised. Not sure on what planet these bracelets would have EVER retailed for $110 each, not sure they are worth the $10 each that I paid for them. I won't' order from them again.

Free replacement

I ordered an inspirational bracelet and had it shipped to my daughter in another state. She never did receive the bracelet. Maybe it was put in the incorrect mail box or one of her roommates had sticky fingers - who am I to speculate. Bottom line is that mobstub sent a replacement free of charge! First time I ordered from mobstub - definitely NOT the last! Excellent customer service

I tried to order 1 (ONE) item; mobstub sent me six, and refused to refund my money for the unwanted five. They are not at all interested in customer satisfaction or in doing the "right thing" for their customers. I would avoid them completely. There are many other websites that offer similar merchandise, and care about their customers

I don't generally write reviews, but felt the need to. I ordered 3 "Apple Certified" 10' charging cords in late Nov for Christmas presents. They were shipped on a timely basis, and I was, at that time very pleased. I gave them as gifts, and within 30 days of using the cords, one of the ends came off the the cord, so it is no longer functional. I email twice, no response, then messaged on Facebook, and did get a reply. The rep was very polite, however, their return policy for defective merchandise is 15 days. Understanding that, all I wanted was for the cord to be replaced. They will not do that. The did offer a 50% off one time coupon. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. I will find merchants that will stand behind their products. As always, you get what you pay for. I cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone.
