I ordered 2 LED charging pads and they arrived in a timely fashion but the cord to plug the unit into the wall is so short that you'd have to build a shelf right next to your outlet near the door! And then it didn't charge my phone. I hope this finds as defective merchandise because their return policy says all sales are final, unless defective. This sucks.

Very pretty initial bracelet, in gold filled. Received in a few days. Had a small issue with a 10% promotion, and customer Service cleared it up the next business day of my e-mail. So far, dealing with this company has been easy.

I've been a customer for about a year and have purchased 4 or 5 items from them. The last, a bluetooth stereo headset failed after the first use. The company replaced it immediately at no cost; the replacement works flawlessly. Good Job, MobStub and thank you.

Contacted Mobstub regarding receipt of drapes in wrong color and was told I am responsible for return shipping. This was their error and yet I'm being penalized. This is wrong. I was originally planning on purchasing several more things but have changed my mind due to this experience.

I have bought other items from other companies where they purchases were shipped from China and I find them lacking in quality and made too cheaply. Also, delivery is very slow. Usually takes about a month to get anything I order. I'm done with ordering any product from China from now on. Too much of a rip-off.

Ordered facial mask.
Quality is fine, upper elastic not attached to mask very well, comes off!
Threw 2 away, the started placing small hole where elastic was attached, secured elastic with small knot on inside of mask.
Looks kinda tacky, but secures around ears.

Does anyone know what AVS Rejected means when checking out this pops up in red. So I can't place a order. Plus there's no phone number to call and says no refunds or exchanges so I'm a little Leary about ordering

I ordered a Queen size of sheets that were described as:
1000 count, 100% cotton.
What I got was very thin, definitely NOT cotton but felt like polyester and there were dozens of loose threads along the hem lines. These were cheap, poor quality sheets and they weren't honest about the fabric. Be careful ordering from this company!
So far, they've only offered me a "partial refund". I'm going to fight this!

Love these little cross over bags! Lilly resolved my 10% off problem as I could not get it to work on initial purchase. She did take care of it which I really appreciate. Thanks again for selling unique items!

I saw an ad on line showing beautiful Jewelry at fantastic pricing. Ordered several pieces for myself and gifts. One packet arrived empty, so I immediately sent an email. The reply was that a replacement had been processed. It arrived as promised. So great!

Do not buy from mobstub. I rec'd a purse for Christmas that was defective, they refuse to accept the return because it's passed 15 days of purchase. Most reliable companies have a better return policy at Christmas

I have order dozens of times from Mob Stub! Every jewelry item is beautiful and exceeded my expectations! Trust me you will not be disappointed with any of their items! Everything from casual to formal is stunning!

I bought sheets where the product description used the words "Egyptian" and "1600"... and if not carefully read would make one think they were getting Egyptian cotton sheets with a 1600 thread count... in stead they were poly fabric, that was both thin and cheap feeling...
Then they do not take returns... will never buy from this scam company again.

Ordered 4 items. Received 2 in wrong colors. Never received other 2. Very slow to communicate. Finally, I asked PayPal to intervene. Refunded part of the cost. Inferior quality. More trouble than it was worth. BEWARE!
