I've placed two orders since finding out about the company. Loved both items that I ordered for my wife as did she! There was a small problem with one item, I wrote the company. Someone got back to me the next day & the issue was solved right away! Needless to say that I'm very pleased with the outcome! My wife & I will be regular customers & are telling others to check out their website..
I paid for 2 items but only received 1. You can't talk to customer service at all just leave a msg. But they don't respond back to you. My order number is: *******. This was to be a Christmas gift, now I've got to go and replace this item with something else. NEVER NEVER will do business with them again. They get your money but you get no item.
Be careful buying stuff from here it may not be what is advertised. I got a ring that was suppose to he Stirling silver. It's stamped and all. Well after sizing it copper is now showing threw. They told me it needs polishing. And no refund because it was a final sale.
MobStub is a disreputable company --- do not shop with them unless you enjoy tossing your money out! I do most of my shopping online and have never come across such a frustrating retailer. They send out the wrong product and then, when you try to get them to exchange it for the product you actually ordered - even providing the copy on the description page of the item -- they tell you there are no refunds or exchanges. Online customer service just says the same thing over and over -- no refunds, no exchanges. The customer service telephone number cuts you off after the recording suggests that you call back later. That's it. They only got one star because there was no selection for ZERO.
I give it 0 stars. Its been a month and a half and still no bracelet. Its for my granddaughter as she lost her mom recently. It was the mother daughter one. I have emailed them with no response. Will be contacting my credit card company. This company is a rip off. Now I have to go buy another Christmas gift when I was all done. Don't buy from this site!
My purchase of the cellphone case was very positive, It provides a hands-free carrier, easy to access. It does not feel weighty or awkward while wearing it. I got compliments on its look. Delivery was prompt during the Christmas shopping rush. This was a first purchase from Mobstub, but I'm sure I'll return to it.
Terrible customer service and extremely slow to send out orders. I placed an order on Dec 31 and sent an email to them on the sixth of January. No response from company, no email updates about order status. I have logged in every day to check status, finally ten days after placing my order it has shipped. Will you 100% never purchase from this company again
I will recommend MobStub to any prospective purchaser who might have reservations about making an online purchase. My experience: you can trust MobStub. They are serious about the value of a customer! You will get a personal response and prompt resolution.
I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering from Mob Stub. I saw their add on Facebook. I ordered some face coverings and it took several weeks until I received them. The fabric is horrible, and the fit is even worse. When I went on the site to find a way to contact them I noticed No Returns all sales are final. What a waste of $20.00. Every time I open my Facebook account I get bombarded with their site. So frustrating.
I received an order for a set of striped sheets, only to discover that the flat sheet was NOT striped. I sent a note to customer service, and they were very quick to replace the whole set. No hesitation at all. Gives me confidence that whatever I order from MobStub, there will not be any problem resolving an issue should one come up.
Ordered 2 sets of sheets, the thread count was indeed what they claimed, and there were indeed 4 pillowcases per set, but not a single pillow case hem was stitched around more than half way, some of them not even that far. I'm afraid that by the time I wash the sheets more than a few times they will probably fall apart too, but time will tell.

So I had previously used their new wonderful mascara and fibers and love them. My most recent order though left me very unhappy as the fibers flaked all over the place and would not stick to the gel. I sent an email to them and was shocked at my almost immediate reply. Their customer service is excellent they replied to my Concerns immediately and shipped me new product. It really was just bad product because my replacement product is wonderful. You can be sure that I will order again!
I ordered 3 items. Long story short I received "0" items. NONE. Zippo... customer service was a joke. Made me fill out a form so they could "investigate". They went on to say that the USPS gave them a delivery slip. I was out $54. BOOM. I'm sure those crooks laughed all the way to the BANK. NEVER ORDER HERE... unless you like to give money away.

Quality is fine, upper elastic not attached to mask very well, comes off!
Threw 2 away, the started placing small hole where elastic was attached, secured elastic with small knot on inside of mask.
Looks kinda tacky, but secures around ears.
I bought several items on Mobstub on my very first visit. The product descriptions are not accurate. Only half on one of my orders was sent and I have still not heard back from customer service.
The goods are cheaply made in China, using bad chemicals that make the products smell bad when you unpack them. All the items I purchased were of poor quality and about half are unusable.
Do not buy from this vendor!
Does anyone know what AVS Rejected means when checking out this pops up in red. So I can't place a order. Plus there's no phone number to call and says no refunds or exchanges so I'm a little Leary about ordering
I ordered 2 item bath mat set. I received 1 wrong color bath mat. Filled out contact form and also emailed. I followed up for 4 days. On last day said if no response today I'm disputing with my credit card, no response so next day I did dispute. Much later that day I received a request to send a photo of what I received. I told them I disputed and I'm done due to horrible customer service.
Customer service sucks so far... need to have the patience of a saint! Ordered 2 sets of sheets and received 2 comforters instead... customer service says is resolved but I have no idea how. They just keep asking for pictures of the incorrect items... give me strength!
I have ordered from them twice. The first time I ordered a necklace for my wife it was very nice and she liked it. The second time I ordered an apple certified battery case for my Iphone pure junk. Not only does it not double the charge life of the phone as advertised it actually caused my phone to run down quicker then it normally was even with the extra battery. So one a chit wipes out 10 atta boys in my mind. Buyer beware.
I order quite often from Mobstub. I have always had good experiences with them. Every product I have ordered has been of good quality and seemed to ship within a decent time frame. (order id #*******) I haven't had to return anything as of yet, so I can't comment on the returns side of it but as a whole, I like being able to get items at such a discounted price.

Answer: No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!
Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
