Ordered bluetooth Ear Buds, they never charged over 18%. It took me quite a while of trying different things (charging port, chargers, time of charging etc.) By the time I figured out it was the product and not me, the 30 day warranty had expired. They just told me 'Sorry'. My fault for not contacting the sooner, their fault for selling sub-par crap products.

Poor quality

I ordered a bag and it arrived with one seam not even sewn in place properly. The zippers were poor quality and basically its the cheapest looking thing I've ever ordered. I went online to return it and low and behold you can't return. Go figure. Complete waste of money.

Ordered some sandals. Way too big. They won't exchange them for a smaller size. The product seems of okay quality, But they do not fit. Will not purchase from them again. I can understand no refunds, but they should allow exchanges. ATTENTION WORLD: Do not order from these people. They are unreasonable merchants.

Unprofessional

This company sent such a badly damaged product that FedEx had to return it to them. They never sent me my item. Simply had the damaged one returned and said nothing. Probably expecting me to forget so they could pocket the money. Called the number. What a surprise. It's inactive. I finally filed a dispute against them via my credit company. We will see how it turns out.

MobStub is ridiculous! I originally was ordering a charger for my iphone and by accident I ordered a USB cable. Literally, the second I received the package and realized it was the wrong one I wrote to customer service. Their policy is no exchange or return (which was not written anywhere on the website or order form). I was so upset because I really wanted that charger but for the fact they don't exchange or return anything I refuse to ever order something from them again.

I've ordered a few things from Mobstub and every time I pretty much get what I expect. I ordered a ring with my birth stone in it that was sterling silver for very cheap! (ORDER ID *******) Sometimes when you order off of deal sites the quality of the products can be cheap but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their jewelry! Particularly their rings. Sometimes shipping can take awhile, but it's nothing unbearable.

I recently received a defective Bluetooth shower speaker and was pleasantly surprised that MobStub is going to replace the defective one. They truly do stand behind their products... I will continue to shop MobStub,... their prices are ridiculously LOW!

I ordered something from this site, as it seemed a great place to buy cheap Christmas gifts. They sent me the wrong item. When I e-mailed customer service and asked for my money back, they said that "per their return policy," all incorrect or defective orders could only be exchanged. I asked if I could return the item and get my money back, and they refused. I spent $30 on a gift I never received. I do not even want the item any more, just my money back. The customer service reps refused to help me do a return. Had I known about their screwy return policy, I would never have ordered from them.

I love the deals on mobstub. Sure, they are generally off brand items but still, a deal is a deal. Besides, if you have an issue with anything, the customer service is on the ball, so there is little waiting for any problem to be rectified.

Great quality products at incredible prices. Sometimes take a while for you to actually get your order, but always worth the wait because of the deal you're getting. I got my boyfriend a remote control helicopter for Christmas for only $20. It was a great deal.

My first transaction with them was very satisfactory. I received the item I ordered in less than week, so I was very happy. The other day I ordered something, and this morning I got an email: "I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

We are unable to ship the 10 Pack: Women's Ribbed 100% Cotton Tank Tops you purchased to Hawaii.

You have been issued a full refund for your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account."

I asked why and the response was: "I am very sorry, however some of our items we are unable to ship to Hawaii."

I replied: "That doesn't sufficiently answer my question. Why not? We are part of the U.S. USPS ships here with no problems!" An am awaiting their reply. Very disappointed!

I purchase many things from mobstub and have been fairly happy until recently. I have purchased a pair of pearl earrings and a necklace and they don't seem to be much quality or thought out into the workmanship of either. Bad part is, I purchased two, one fir each of my daughter's.

Great Customer Service!

I contacted MobStub's customer service about a package that did not arrive, but stated it was delivered. The company was quick to respond and apologized. I contacted them on a Thursday and received my new package on Saturday. Needless to say they will definitely be receiving my future business! Great job MobStub!

They are an awesome company. When I did a duplicate order, I was able to get ahold of them to cancel it via Facebook, Messager, and email and they responded very ASAP. I now have my friends and family ordering from MobStub. Always look forward to the new items they have for sale. I have ordered tons of things and I am completely satisfied. Prices are unbeatable.

I very much wanted to leave a review on this site. I have placed 3 orders with them. Everything I ordered is exactly as it was pictured. Great quality. I looked for this site so I could share. You receive an order confirmation, a security email, and a shipping confirmation. This is one of the most efficient sites I've ever used. I recently submitted a positive review about Mobstub and now have to reiterate it. I placed another order through mobstub and actually received one item - a 6 USB port adapter that was faulty. Because of all the bad reviews I thought "oh oh." I emailed mobstub and was happily surprised to receive a prompt reply AND a free replacement of my defective item. I HAVE ordered multiple times now from Mobstub and will continue to order from them. No way could I have gotten the products I have for the price I paid. Am actually using one of their braided 10' iPhone cords (2 for $10) right now and it works brilliantly. Love this site!

They are liars. If you haven't placed an order on the mobstub website, don't place an order! Although it is $22, they really don't have credit.

Ordered a ring never got it and the garbage they put you thru to get what you paid for is beyond ridiculous. They asked me to INVESTIGATE the USPS, my mail carrier and ask all five of my neighbors if they got the package or lost the package. Now they want me to fill out a loss package affidavit and email it back to them ( bit gave me no email address) and wait 10-4 days... please they can keep the 15.95 if they are that hard up for money! Never buy from them again and will continue to tell everyone about my situation

I have purchased many items and I have received everything in great condition. I know I'm not buying high end items so I'm not disappointed by what I get. That said, I've purchase a lot of the jewelry and purses etc. it fits my budget, my expectations and if I give my granddaughter something I'm not worried about her losing it or breaking it (she's young). I have had excellent customer service when I've had a question about an item I've purchased and they help until the issue is taken care of. I recommend MobStub to everyone like me that loves to just purchase fun items. Give it a try.
