I have bought several products and have never been disappointed. I did receive a damaged product and reported to to customer service. They responded within 24 hours and made it right. Very pleased with their professionalism and politeness. I will definitely order from them again!
I MADE AN ORDER FOR SOME JEWERY. ONE WAS DEFECTIVE. I TOOK A PICTURE OF IT. SENT TO THEM, AND THEY SENT ME A NEW ONE PROMPTLY. NO POSTAGE. DIDNT HAVE TO RETURN ANYTHING... We ordered a Selfie Stick, when it arrived we were unable to pair with our cell phones, called Customer Service. They apologized and they would send another one, the package arrived in a few days. The package had been torn open & Selfie Sick was missing. We contacted customer service again saying thank you & explained what happened and did not expect them to do anymore for us. Within about five days they sent a third one. It works wonderfully and we are totally impressed with MobStub products and Customer Service. A+ for Quality & Service

Ordered a security light, it does not work. You cannot call them nor go to there website for customer support. I will chalk this up as wasted money from this internet company and learn a lesson.
Deceiving website! The product you see online is NOT what they send you and then they won't let you return it. All sales final! I have reported them to BBB!
I Purchased A Fitness Tracker which had problems from day one. I tried to fight thru them but after 2 weeks the unit finally died. I bought the unit thru Mob Stub. But I was seeking help thru the manufacturer. It took me 3 days to get thru. They wanted $6.50 in a money order to send the unit back. Thought that was to much of a hassle so I contacted Mob Stub and dealt with Lilly. She was Awesome! After explaining to her my situation with out hesitation or cost a Brand New Unit is on it's way! I will be a Mob Stub Customer for Life because of the Excellent Customer Service I received! Great Job Lilly and Mob Stub!
Mobstub did not hesitate to replace defective product and promptly sent out replacements.

I was desperate to grab the deal offered for 1800 thread count Egyptian sheet sets. It came with deep fitted sheet, flat sheet and four pillow cases for $29! I had ordered from this company before, but for some reason it wouldn't accept my account info, and would not let me register as a new customer. I emailed customer service, and within about 10 minutes "Hanna" emailed me back, reset my password, and helped me through the process. She even watched to make sure my order actually went through. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received, and I feel so comfortable with them. Six stars Mob Stub!
I Purchased I "keyboard vacuum" for my computer. It DID NOT WORK when I received it, and customer service at MobStub quoted "Final Sales" and would not do anything. POOR customer service, impossible to speak to a live person.
I see hundreds of bad reviews including on BBB so I cancelled my just-placed "too-good-to-be-true" order. Reviews include orders are not received for weeks and longer and when the order does arrive the item is either damaged or incomplete. Reviews also include not being able to unsubscribe from daily emails. Yikes! (thank you, Facebook, for posting about this vendor).
Ordered a ring never got it and the garbage they put you thru to get what you paid for is beyond ridiculous. They asked me to INVESTIGATE the USPS, my mail carrier and ask all five of my neighbors if they got the package or lost the package. Now they want me to fill out a loss package affidavit and email it back to them ( bit gave me no email address) and wait 10-4 days... please they can keep the 15.95 if they are that hard up for money! Never buy from them again and will continue to tell everyone about my situation
Ordered some sandals. Way too big. They won't exchange them for a smaller size. The product seems of okay quality, But they do not fit. Will not purchase from them again. I can understand no refunds, but they should allow exchanges. ATTENTION WORLD: Do not order from these people. They are unreasonable merchants.
Be careful buying stuff from here it may not be what is advertised. I got a ring that was suppose to he Stirling silver. It's stamped and all. Well after sizing it copper is now showing threw. They told me it needs polishing. And no refund because it was a final sale.

I ordered two sets of the Air Alert air valve covers, and immediately installed them on my wife's car and my grandson's car. They both welcomed them because they are so easy to see and read. One of the valve covers leaked and I had to remove it. I sent an IM to the company and they immediately sent me a new set. I have had no problem with the others. My wife and Grandson enjoy being able to see the alerts and know that their tires are safe. Thank you MobStub...
I ordered a beautiful silver bracelet that unfortunately broke soon after receiving it. I caught it on the corner of a cabinet and it flew apart! I contacted MobStub and they asked me to send them a photograph of the broken bracelet. It was a Byzantine and looked like a Chinese Puzzle! Well, I sent the photograph and about a week later I received a NEW bracelet in my mailbox! These days, I am simply Not used to such courteous, fair and prompt resolution of a problem. Their Customer is Exemplery in my estimation...

Answer: No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!
Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Take it from someone that had to learn the hard way!
Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
