Need to know the whole cost upfront straight away as I paid £12 thinking that was the cost only to find afterwards that was only 50% done and had another £26 to pay to get sim unlocked which surprised me as you put in your IMEI Number and told yes can be unlocked thinking it's £12 but it wasn't as another payment is due after that so you need to be more upfront so we know the costs.
The site was very easy to use. I was at my wits end when I found this site. They had my phone unlocked in 24 hours! I am so thankful for Mobile Unlocks.
Did not have a good experience. I paid $28.99 and then an additional $36 to get my phone unlock. They didn't help me at all my phone is still locked. After a week and I email them multiple times and still can't help me they are telling me it blacklisted. DONT USE THEM THEY WILL NOT UNLOCK YOUR PHONE.
Easy and fast to use but after few days, trying to place a phone call seems to have some issues as the network cannot reach the end users. Needs to try a call more than once.
I tried all the codes to still not unlock my phone. Also tried ALL their alternative ways to do so and still not working. Have emailed them and no reply this far with any other solution.

Ok so I gave them a ring ******* ******* (this is the mobile if anyone wants it). They explained that the systems held at Rackspace were down and for me to try later. I wrote back and explained I would be using a different one as I didn't want to wait and good luck with Rackspace. I didn't ask for or imply that I wanted my money back but received 4 separate emails telling me how I wasn't entitled to it and if I wanted my phone unlocked it would cost me a further £38. Now I am getting pure emails telling me about other products they want me to buy. I went to UnlockRiver and it was done for the price quoted within the time given, they didnt promise immediate response and it came back in about 10 hours but worked a treat and was a darn sight better service.
Their email also stipulates and points to their elaborate Terms and Conditions which have all sorts of cop out clauses.
Personally I wont be using them ever again and I would advise anyone to use the myriad of other good reputable companies out there

I have acquired a network unlock by IMEI, but in the end they never sent me the Code, and even though I contacted customer service they never answered me and I lost my money I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT IS A SCAM

The service did what was needed, but a little expensive and the 2 stage approach meant that you didn't know fully at the start what you were going to have to pay.
My daughter accidentally chose an unlocked phone which she bought refurbished.
Luckily this service was available and the phone was unlocked, remotely, from the comfort of home in about half an hour.
The overall experience very good. I was a bit surprised by the amount of money it cost. I was asked for three amounts. All the information given to me worked and the phone was unlocked.
They first told me it will cost $29, then they ask for $45 more, and days later when I'm still waiting for it to be finished, they tell me they need $180 more! Total waste of my time and money!
I thought it was going to be difficult in fact very easy to use, I would not hesitate to use the service again if I needed to, overhaul excellent

Ok so the phone got unlocked but it was a con, gave a cost of £11:99, paid the fee expecting an u lock then had to pay a final fee of £29:00. Total con
