Firstly we need to pay just to check if IMEI can be unlock or not, price around $14 USD.
Secondly they will contact in stated the your mobile be unlock, and need to proceed for next payment for them to proceed to unlock the phone, price around $58 USD. Waiting time 2 days.
Thirdly, they email you that your phone is unable to unlock and credit note was given which is valued at $5 USD and will offer to buy their software and cable to do the unlocking, reason is the phone is hard locked by Singapore which is priced at $79 USD. I have not made the third payment.
No contact option or customer service on their website. Emailed them but no reply from them.
Please avoid this company, waste of time and money.
As close to being a scam as humanly possible.
Given price of £11.99 with no mention of other fees or limited service at that price.
Once my money was paid, I was basically held at ransom for another £26 because hidden in the terms and conditions it says the £11.99 is basically just a non refundable deposit.
Absolutely horrendous.

Can't fault the service but the way the pricing should should be more clear cut. We ended up paying over a third of the value of the phone to get it unlocked. It said from £7.99 or something when it's not. We paid £11.99 which is fine but then a £26 charge afterwards when they confirm they can do it is a bit steep. Clearly nobody pays under a tenner for the complete service. There are competitors that offer the same service much cheaper without the misleading 'from' sales technique with an unclear pricing

It took les than 15 minutes to receive the unlock code. They would better inform you that first payment is only for check.

I paid like $15 dollars for a old iphone unlock, then after few minutes it ask for another "Final payment" of $50 dollars, the phone itself worth no more than $75 dollars so I won't do that, they are just ask money from you.
So I think this is a phishing site, keep away from it, if there is 0 rating I'll choose it

Awful, I paid the fees and had to wait 4 days to then be given codes that didn't work!
Spoke with David who told me I would have to purchase again to receive new codes if I wished to try again.
He then replied "We can refund you £10 if that will help?"
The process cost me £47.99 with nothing to show for it!
My advice would be your take your mobile to a shop so you can interact face to face with a person go get your device unlocked. Online you can be discarded easily when it doesn't work.
Lesson learned for myself in the future.
My browser refreshed and I was charged twice but they haven't responded to email or phone message ( answer service due to "high number of calls"). I also not impressed that initially the quote is £11.99 …which once you pay you are then told you need to pay another £24 … I'm not impressed with the way they do their business
Not very clear, when you see it says unlock for any carrier and says 28.99 and you pay it you think your unlocking your phone very unsatisfied and even more sad that you guys can't make me a happy customer and correct my situation or help me out, crazy it was 28.99 now it's 14.99

On the home page, you enter your IMEI number and the company to which your phone is locked. You then go in to their payment page and give them the fee previously quoted ( in my case £12.99). After a couple of hours, they then ask for details to verify your identity (driver's licence, passport etc) and, once you have provided this, they come back requiring a further £24.00 before they will give you the code you need. It, therefore, will set you back over £35 to get the codes required, rather than the £12.99 you are led to believe it will cost. In most cases, this is more than the worth of the 'phone. BE WARNED - this is just a scam.
It worked! I wanted to get rid of my old carrier because as of late they gave me nothing but problems. They kept giving me the run around after numerous phone calls about why they couldn't give me the code to unlock my phone. I figured I would give this a shot and after they said it would take 3 1/2 days it actually took 1 1/2. I got the code and with fingers crossed I put it in and BOOM it worked. I was sceptical with reading mixed reviews but for me I'm glad I took the chance.
