My order was placed on 28th Oct 2022 and I still have not received any goods or a refund. I think I can be forgiven for thinking that some of our American cousins are not all that they seem. "Never Again"

Complete scam. Product ordered over 3 months ago still hasn't arrived. Been on to their online webchat numerous times and they give a me lie about how the order is 'stuck in customs' and 'they will have a tracking number in a week'. Asked for a refund and they tried to palm me off saying they will put me on a priority list and will discount 10% off the product. I asked to cancel the order and to get a full refund and now they aren't answering any emails. Will be reporting this 'company' in every way possible.

This people do not have stock and even once they agree an rder is cancelled they do not refund money.

I bought a wireless booster on 5 April, 2022 and discovered a few important points about mobile signal boosters in general and Boosters Direct in particular. A few cautionary points:
1) A signal booster will deliver the signal you recieve outside your premises/home to the interior, provided enough internal antennae are purchased, i. E. 2 bars outside converts to a maximum of 2 bars inside.
It will not boost the signal inside the home above what you receive outside. I. e. 2 bars outside cannot become 5 bars inside. So, if you can't get 5 bars outside you can't get 5 bars inside.
2) Boosters Direct may well try to upsell you to a cmore powerful/expensive booster, but this can not guarantee to impove the signal you receive outside. Check with an installer whether an external can be positioned to impove the signal you receive outside before you decide whether to buy a wireless booster.

Quality product but might require different wiring like in my case I had to rely on the customer service which I have to say was excellent.

Just installed this booster. Lost some time to find the best location for the antennas and to run the cabling inside the house, but once installed the booster did not keep me waiting for the result – 5 bars instead of 2. Plus, 3G Internet without interruption. Strongly recommend this!

Although this was a little pricy for me, the booster is very comfortable to use. I didn't install any software and didn't buy any mountings for the set up. All necessary accessories were sent together with the amplifier and the antennas and I managed to install the device on my own guided by the instructions given. Works perfectly, without any complaints.

At first I was mislead and confused, facing with conflicting opinions while planning to buy from this company. Now I know where it came from and I hope sharing my experience may be useful for the others. There are 2 companies in South Africa providing signal boosters and their names are very similar. One of them is Mobile Signal Booster and the other is Mobile Signal Boosters. Well I can say nothing about the first one, but Mobile Signal Boosters was a lifesaver for me. I have no words to explain how satisfied I am with this product. We live far in the woods, and cell service is pretty awful. After purchasing this device, however, we don't have any issues with our phone calls or the internet connection.

I used to get one bar and 2 bars at best in my home office. I experienced lots of dropped calls, so I decided to switch to a phone that supported Wi-Fi connectivity. The results weren't satisfactory either and opted to buy this signal booster. It really did improve my signal, and I now get a solid 4 bars all the time, and I no longer have dropped calls.

Order process was ok, delivered on time and doesn't work. Looks second hand and have no response to emails and repeated call to advise how to proceed. Asked a refund and was told they would email returns process. Still nothing. AVOID

Avoid this conning company. Their products do not work. They will not respond to emails. And if you want to return your very expensive door stop… good luck. Pay by credit card and charge back. But I'd advise to stay away.

Avoid avoid avoid, scammer company, booster arrived didnt work, so was returned and they stated they would issue a refund, chased and chased for 3 months and still nothing. Looking to legal options.

Email from Ivy Williams (clearly owner) claims these are manufactured in the UK - they are NOT. Address claims they are located in 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ - They are NOT. I rang Our Space in Covent Garden and they stated that they had never heard of Ivy Williams or Boosters Direct, or Mobile Boosters Direct, or ProRepeater, all of which Ivy Williams would appear to be using as company names.
In a conversation with Ivy Williams on Monday May 12th, she claimed that the devices are manufactured in the UK then shipped to China for distribution, a lie which is as unfathomable as it is ludicrous.
This company claims a 30-day money back guarantee - I've been trying to cancel the order for weeks, and also demanded a refund - no joy so far.
I would urge anyone having similar problems to contact Trading Standards and demand that they investigate this company, its affiliates and particularly Ivy Williams

Theses people are scammers. Won't answer emails phone calls. Products are $#*! and don't work. Avoid at all cost!

I find it hard to believe the many positive reviews on this website, especially given that almost all of them go so far to say the exact same things to seller does in their own website and are almost all the only review from the writer. More importantly it doesn't at all match my own experience.

I made an online purchase, I never received any shipment notification so contacted the company after 4 days, where someone said they had been trying to contact me as what I ordered may not work for me, I've never heard of a company doing something like this, and don't know why as I followed the advice on their website and they had no reason to believe my order wouldn't work for me. They asked me to upgrade to another product over the phone at an additional £200 cost. I asked for them to cancel my order and return my money to me, and they said it would be next day, that was nearly a week ago and it still isn't here.

I tried to contact again through email and received no reply, managed to get them on the phone today and they referred me to a section on their website where it said I would need to wait for 2 - 6 weeks for refund, despite this being against my UK consumer rights guarantee of a refund within 14 days (and this wasn't even a refund anyway, I never received anything from them, I just want the transaction cancelled).

The person on the phone said they weren't based in the UK and had their own processes, despite them listing their physical address as a UK office on their website (which I've since discovered is home to a completely unrelated business, check it out yourself on Google Maps) and having a UK phone number.

If it turns out that I am wrong and I do in fact receive my money back I will update this review and apologise, but if you are reading this and it's still here then I would avoid this company at all costs. At worst this appears to be dishonest and fraudulent, if not that then it's the worst service I've ever received.

After working my way through the site (reading product specifications and delivery information) I ordered the Pro 4G 300 m² booster. Delivery was swift (one week) and interaction with the support department for shipping details was good (I called them, got no reply but the next day they called back themselves). The installation is easy (of course you have to mount the antenna and install cabling but getting the system up and running is nothing more than connecting 3 cables) and the result is perfect. Just make sure you order the correct cable length (I had to purchase an extra cable which was 4x more expensive than the option on the site). My indoor signal moved from -120 dBm to an acceptable -81 dBm (and -51 dBm when next to the booster).

This booster will not give you any signal where you have none. What it will do is improve the signal you already have. I have found that it boosts your signal strength by about 3 to 5 bars. For example, if you have a signal of 1x with one bar, you would get boosted to 1x with four bars or possibly as much as 3G with one bar. That is what it does. 3 to 5 bars of improvement. Again, if you have no signal where you are attempting to use this booster you will still have no signal with this booster. It only boosts the signal you already have. It works well and has boosted my 1x signal to 3G in places, and my 3G to 4G in others.

I absolutely love this signal booster. Its service is great, and the customer care for the product is on point. I'd definitely consider doing another order soon.

It did really help boost my phone's signal. I toured a family friend & re-visited a place where my phone could only get a very poor ( one bar that disappear at a slightest phone movement) to no signal at all. I plugged it in and tried it for the first time on the same exact spot and to my amazement, the booster managed to grab and increased my phone's signal from barely having a steady single bar to steady one bar up to 3 bars. I have even tried to move my car around to see if I would lost a signal but again, I was amazed by the steady signal I got. Definitely, I would recommend this product.

I was a little skeptic on how this tech worked initially. Now I'm a firm believer that these boosters really work.
Helps a lot when on the road, to keep connected through places with close to no cellular reception. There has to be some signal for it to be able to boost it.
Could easily save your life in an emergency and it is really nice to be able to be connected on the go.
