MMOGA
The worst site ever, they took my money and after they asked for verification... why not before taking my money?
I could not pass the verification process 'cause my passport was expired and they do not accept national id card, even though they are in EU and I am from a EU country.
I asked for refund but nobody has ever replied.

My issue was resolved very fast, I got my refund in 1 day. Thanks Jennifer from support.
I am sorry to hear people seem to have different experiences but for me all was good
I ordered 700k FIFA coins from this site. I almost immediately received an email saying that the transaction had gone through. But when I logged on to FIFA there was no coins. Even the coins I had before the transaction with MMOGA was gone. I called FIFA support to find out what was going. They kindly explained that buying coins is actually not legal and that my coins had been wiped because of that. The reason that FIFA does not accept buying coins from 3rd parties is that these coins are mostly likely stolen from hacked accounts. I would strongly recommed everyone to stay away from sites like this.
All seemed perfectly legitimate at first. I saw PayPal as a payment method, so figured it would be trustworthy. Their prices were considerably lower than games cost direct from Steam.
But after payment was processed and completed, MMOGA only then prompted me to provide authentication of who I am, emailed me a PDF form to fill in including a scan of my passport, name, address, and signature, and show a photograph of myself holding my passport! I then emailed them to say I wasn't happy they'd ransom me for something I've already paid for, not being upfront, and that I'd opened a dispute with PayPal and wanted to cancel my order for a refund.
They then sent another email asking for authentication over phone, and answer some questions. I answered that they were supposedly doing all this to protect themselves from fraud, but they put their customers at risk instead. Our sales agreement was they'd deliver the game code within 5-10 minutes, they added hidden additional requirements after payment, after our legal sales agreement, and that they were in breach of that legal agreement.
At least they promptly repaid me in full, and not charge a €10 refund fee as others have said they were.
Avoid.
Ordered a gamekey here, then they wanted me to verify with id and face photo, which I declined.
Then I got an e-mail saying they could complete my purchase without the verification, so I thought sure let's try this.
So, I received a key, but it was already used, and then the real $#*!-show started, they just kept asking for screenshots...
Screenshot of the code not working, screenshot of my game library, after that I had to contact Steam support, asking when the key had been used, for a screenshot of the ticket and their reply.
This whole process took over a week, and of course, after I had already paid them.
It doesn't even feel like you're buying something, but more like an inquisition.
Usually companies just send you a new code when it's not working.
Their support is just a bad joke too, no support for the customer here, they just wanted to find out what happened to the code for their supplier.
Finally got my refund today, after 9 days of waiting after they delivered the non-working code.
So yeah I've learned my lesson, never will I be purchasing something at MMOGA again.
I bought an epic account and was able to get on then couldn't like the seller changed the email. Scam
My first dealings with mmoga.de went less than smoothly
The phone ID verification failed, then we went through the whole passport photo shenanigans that has already been described by many reviewers
Started to think this was gonna be a scam, but I felt I was already committed and would play out my hand and see where it led. I paid with Paypal so I figured I have some basic recourse if it all goes south
After some back and forth email with the firm's verification department, they eventually were satisfied everything was legitimate, and delivered the code (about four hours after the paypal was sent), saving me around 45% over Steam or Epic prices
So yes if you want easy and smooth then the process is certainly not that, but they did deliver on their promises, I can't fault them there
Act like an adult in your communications with them, you will probably get what you want... I found them to be reasonable although the order process is kinda ridiculous. Obviously any info they potentially harvested from seeing my ID would be freely available across my general online data points, social media etc.
Your basic info is nothing secret in the modern world unless you live in a cave on a mountainside with no data connection
They take your money and then ask for personal information like your ID and passport IT IS A SCAM DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I fought them and in the end I received my money back BUT IT IS BEEN A HASSLE WITH THEM. SCAMMERS STAY AWAY! If possible i would give it 0 stars
Back in the day i allways bought WoW-Gold off this site. Today i tried buying Dark Souls 3 for just 15 Euros so i was anxious but i got the key like 1 min after paypal payment. Good stuff
Decided to give MMOGA a try in terms of buying in-game currency (gold/gil/etc.)
Delivery was extremely fast, the moment I made it out of checkout and payment was processed, I was messaged in-game with a location and was given the product I paid for (whole process took about 1-2 minutes at most).
No questions were asked, I did not have to reply to any in-game DMs.
They came to me, I only had to be in the spot they told me to be.
The payment process was smooth as I paid via credit card through a secure and encrypted service. Nothing fishy took place and I was given multiple receipts for my transaction (like 3 separate receipts).
As of writing this review, their prices are competitive with other websites (the product was $10 cheaper for me at MMOGA compared to other sites like mmogah, playerauctions, etc.) that sell such a service.
I wasn't able to find a way to tell who would be selling me the product or give them a review afterwards, but overall, the service was good enough that I can recommend it to people who don't care about spending money buying in-game currency.
I did not read any reviews before my purchase from mmoga.com and they had pretty cheap GW2 keys so I bought one with my credit card.
After paying I received an e-mail where it said I have to verify myself because some fraud issue. First option they had was entering my phone number to the site so they could call me and verify by phone.
This however did not work, because it said my country and number is not supported and then they sent an e-mail to me which said I had to fill a form + send them pics of my document and signature.
Anyone in their right mind would not do that these days.
So I started to google the site and came upon these negative reviews and contacted them from website form regarding my order and asked if there is any other way or could I cancel the order.
Soon they replied with asking my phone number to make the phone verification somehow work. I sent them my number and soon after took a receipt from my bank account and signed it digitally and sent it to them to prove my identity this way.
About 8 hours passed since then and now they sent me the key code + I just confirmed it works, installing GW2 now. I made the order last night so roughly 24 hours has passed.
So I can't really recommend it but in the end they came through. If you have a good deal and it's not very expensive then maybe it's worth the hassle.
Recently purchased this game for a price of 31 pounds, as soon as I get into game I have this glitch where there is flashing lights, which look like strobe lights on majority parts of the maps this is not my graphics or anything to do with my pc as it works perfectly fine with every other game on my pc. My friend also recently purchased the game from mmoga and he also has problems that he has never had before, as soon as he loads up the game his mic stops working this also is not his fault as it doesn't occur on any other games. DEFIANTLY would not buy from mmoga AGAIN
Force you to verify via webident (webcam and passport). But happily take your money in advance! The whole process is not a 5-10 minute process and very annoying. Keep away
This is a scam site! Once you make the payment they send you an email requesting verification documents, and they never send you the item you paid for.
This site should be investigated by law enforcement since it is clearly scamming people!
AVOID MMOGA AT ALL COSTS!
After you pay for a product you have to send them your personal ID and a photo of yourself verifying that it's really you. Instead of them telling you this before you pay for the product you are forced to send them your personal information after you've already payed. This website is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
So I read the reviews on the site before making my purchase because I, like many people, thought that the price was too good to be true on the product I purchased (XCOM 2). I also did some searches on youtube and saw generally positive things aside from mixed reviews about FIFA coins etc.
I decided, hey, I'm using paypal and I can get my money back pretty easily if they decide to screw me. So I went through with the purchase, used paypal, and got the email that people were talking about where they mention the chargebacks and fraud. They asked for a number, which was weird to me (but totally expected from the reviews I had read).
I entered my number, got the automated call within 10 seconds, and after 3 button presses I had another email with confirmation and my product key (that worked just fine when redeemed on Steam). Saved myself 20 bucks.
Only reason this isn't 5 stars is because I think that the verification process can appear dubious, and doesn't seem to exactly secure anything (at least at the phone call level because if your paypal account has been compromised, they can just make the purchase and enter their phone number and "approve" the purchase), and they take your paypal before this process, which is kind of shifty.
Why else would they want your face, picture of your passport to show that it's your face on the passport, the page that has EVERYTHING on it... $#*!ers
Overall rating should be 5/5 but on an ASSHAT scale.
EDIT: After escalating this as a Case with PayPal and after sending MMOGA an email, MMOGA reversed the PayPal charges. This was not a case of PayPal just reviewing then reversing the payment but was done by MMOGA. MMOGA's claim that they needed verification of payment was BULL$HIT otherwise how would they know what to refund?!
So yeah, STAY AWAY from MMOGA, asshats...
I went with this site after I had a bad experience with another key reselling site.
When the purchase went through, everything worked the first time. When I had activated the key, it worked 100% No delays, no issues with phone verification systems (main issue with the other site I tried to go with previously) and most importantly, no phone verification whatsoever. The key was sent straight to your verified email (I don't understand why sites need your phone number in the first place:-/)
Another issue that I had with the previous site I tried was that the price was dynamic. This means that it fluctuates with the exchange rate. The previous site also had a hidden "operator" fee. MMOGA had NONE of these hidden fees/price changes. The price you saw was the price you paid. Good, honest and straight up for the consumer!
Reviewing for THIS ONE experience with MMOGA, it went very well. Smooth, quick and no problems whatsoever.
I would definitely consider doing more business with this site :)
They ask nonsense requests over email. They sell used keys and not willing to refund for used license keys.
STAY AWAY!
Answer: If you're on a tight budget I would look at buying Windows 7 from eBay for currently around £35. More probability of being legit, and if it didn't work eBay and PayPal would make sure you get your money back. I wouldn't advise anyone buy anything from MMOGA.
Answer: Complete scam do not trust. I lost $30 to these scam artists when I contacted customer support I was accused of scamming them? Save your money and go elsewhere
MMOGA has a rating of 1.8 stars from 206 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with MMOGA most frequently mention fifa coins, credit card and live chat. MMOGA ranks 921st among Games sites.
