Criminals! Do not use them!

The only reason I didn't give this company zero stars is because it's not possible. They charged my credit card without my authorization as I never completed the transaction for the game key I initially wanted to buy. After seeing the fraud warning that popped up half way through the transaction process I didn't want anything to do with the site, so I immediately cancelled my order. I received an email stating that my order was unauthorized by the seller as the transaction could not be completed, which was a relief. A few days later I noticed a charge to my credit card by Skrill. I emailed MMOGA asking what was going on, how did my order go through after it was unauthorized by me AND the seller? I requested my money back as it was an unauthorized charge. They refused and said that the game key was non refundable. They actually hadn't sent me the game at all because the sale had not been authorized, they were lying because they didn't want to give my money back. I hadn't received any game keys yet as the seller still had not approved the sale. I gave them my phone number to call and figure out what went wrong, but they used it to ship my "order" instead (first of all, how can you initially refuse to refund my money for a game you sent if you hadn't actually sent me a game?). I asked how it's possible my "order" could have been shipped after it was supposedly already sent to me, and asked for my money back again but they refused because of the "digital nature" of my "purchase". So they had managed to steal my money without sending me any products, then lied about it saying that what I bought was non refundable (when I hadn't even bought anything). I had received no products and I wasn't getting sent any until they used my phone number to finalize everything (which was NOT the purpose of sending them my phone number). After using my phone number to authorize the sale they shipped the game key and used that as an excuse not to refund my money, they could have refunded it before they shipped the key but they lied instead to keep my money. After implicitly stating, from the very first email, that I never wanted products from them and never authorized any charges or sales, they still refused to refund my money. The only option was to "recycle my game key" and wait for them to resell it before I can get my money back (if they received no customer complaints within 7-10 days). I emailed numerous times asking what it meant to "recycle" my game key, and how am I supposed to know when and if they resell my game key, instead of just keeping my money and my game? They never explained this to me and kept ignoring my questions in the numerous emails I sent, my language could not have been more clear. Now I just received an email stating that my game key has been recycled and they will refund my money in 3-4 days if there are no customer complaints. I still have no idea if they are referring to 3-4 days after reselling my game key or 3-4 days from now? I had no idea what was happening with the apparent "order" that I never authorized through this entire process. The customer service team was completely useless and ignored all my questions, which made it easy for this company to first steal my money, then steal the game back without acknowledging any of my concerns. As far as I know I am out my money and the game I paid for that I never even wanted to buy. I am astounded at the appalling absence of customer service. Do not EVER use this company or enter ANY personal information into their website unless you are prepared to be stolen from with no remorse.
