My son asked me to pay paypal for some xbox pack. They took the payment then emailed me asking for passport I'd to be sent before they sent the code, I refused and didnt feel comfortable so asked for a refund and advised paypal. Paypal refunded me and stopped the payment then this company sent me an email saying they wanted an extra £10 ontop of the original fee or they would be sending debt collectors... what a scam DO NOT USE
They asked me for a photo of my ID and my face besides it to verify that I am real. They did it AFTER I payed. I replied with me saying that I don't want to send my ID and face over the internet and asked if there is a different way to verify me. They replied in German (I don't speak German) for some reason; saying that if I don't want to verify, they can give me a voucher.
Don't buy there.
I ordered Mario party 10 as a download code for £25.80 and it's been 48 hours. I've verified my infomation over five times and they still say nothing. Now they don't even reply to my emails asking for the code or a refund. NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE!
Bought a product, checked out, then asked to send private info like my ID and me holding it next to my face... That was asked of me AFTER the checkout... The purchase can't be reversed just like that, you have to write to support and even then the chances of you getting that money back are almost 0, especially if you're paying with mypaysafe like me. Don't buy from MMOGA they are a scam.
I pay for an xbox game, suddnely they started to ask me for my id and image holding it, and yet they kept asking for more information (identity theft) no asnwer from there support, they have my money - i have nothing
Having used this site once in 2012 to great effect I thought I would try them again to save a bit of money. It worked before so even though I was very dubious I went along with it. I ended up having a video call with random people in Germany to show them my passport and then received an email telling me they would not give me my product until I paid a debt due to having my previous purchase refunded in the past. Not only did I not refund my 2012 purchase, they are asking me to send them the money via direct bank transfer. NEVER USE THIS SITE, if you read the positive reviews they are all done by some Nigerian sounding idiot who is just posting fake reviews. AVOID.
So, today I get a email through my phone from this site about a purchase of a steam card, I was not even home at the time, then I get a email receipt from paypal for a $30 steam pass (I don't even have steam).
Called up palpal and had the payment reversed since I didn't make it and have been hounded by emails from this company ever since saying I must send them £10 in admin fees for the reversed payment
Very shady havent recieved my PS code yet and they asked me to send them a picture of my ID and my picture next to my ID after paying for the code. Then they sent me this
"hello,
We can send you the key now, but do you have US psn account to use the key?"
I still havent received anything
I've used MMOGA multiple times to buy coins, however, I was hacked about a month ago. Even though I changed my password, they still were able to hack my account. They took EVERYTHING from me, all my coins and expensive players. I reported it to MMOGA and they did NOTHING about it. For all you fifa coin buyers out there, watch out for a seller (or sellers) in Tokyo, Japan. Looking at my ea account, they were the ones to access my account the day I was hacked. I wasn't buying coins or anything, just happened out of nowhere. Be careful when using this website.
I curse myself for not having taken the time to read what people say about this so called (German) Company who is based in (China)
I brought some articles from them through ebay by using my PayPal account, 1 minutes after I received a copy paste message from them asking me to provide a picture of my ID + My face photo with the ID for security reason.
What the Heck? My ebay & PayPal account are verifed you $#*!ing scums rats.
Never and Ever share your personal data with anyone, a legit European company who give more value to provat data of their costumers well never ask you for your personal information.
I opened a claim against them through paypal.
Wait & See...
After I purchased coins, I was though to give a picture of me holding my IC and Passport, and I told myself, what the $#*! are they gonna use that for? Seriously, I know I got my coins in the end but that is really too much...
I had bought 15, fifa 15 gold packs with this company and the key code could not be redeemed in the EA origin site. When checked with MMOGA they asked to check with EA. EA mentioned that the the code given by MMOGA was a code that was given pre ordered one and hence cannot be used. MMOGA is refusing to refund the money or give a new code.
I would suggest people to avoid buying from the site.
As mentioned by many users, they ask a lot of detailed info from you AFTER the purchase... ridiculous and fishy as hell. Avoid this site please! Rip-Off
ORDERED OVER £70 FIFA POINTS VIA MULE ACCOUNT.
THESE WERE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY YOUNGEST SON.
NEVER RECEIVED POINTS.
CONTACTED MMOGA MANY TIMES OVER SEVERAL MONTHS.
NO REFUND GIVEN.
I REGARD THIS AS THEFT AND WILL PURSUE THE MATTER.
PLEASE AVOID MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.
Purchased fifa 21 game code, the money came out of my account and I received the email about verification. I was hesitant to send my ID but the price was cheapest I could find and I thought £30 lost isn't the end of the world, so I sent the ID pictures to their email and within an hour and a half I received the email with my code, fifa is downloading as I write this. I would give it 4 stars because they don't make it clear before purchase that you have to send ID but I feel like it needs good reviews as most of them are 1 stars saying its a scam, its definatly not a scam and ill use them again as prices are cheapest going
WARNING - DO NOT USE. After I paid they suddenly requested telephone confirmation which did not work (I suspect this is a ruse for the next request) which is that they refuse to deliver unless you send them you signature, your photo and a photo of your details page in your passport. I immediately contacted the anti-fraud department of my bank who said that I was right to have alarm bells ring and put an immediate block on my credit card to prevent fraud.
Gave me an incorrect code for blizzard balance, once i told them they asked for my account details so they could put the code in themselves, scammers STAY AWAY took 48 hours to even reply to a ticket.
Took the money from my Paypal then asked for copies of my Passport, ID and a photograph of myself. No way am i sending this to a third party company. No trust here, stay well away
Bought a pc key for Final Fantasy XIV. They never sent me the confirmation email with the key. Luckily PayPal gave me my money back. Stay away! You have been warned.
My son Itay Saranga bought a 12 months golive license for £27 and after only 24hr! The license has expired! (order number is ******* and his email address is *******@gmail.com)
This is a real scam and the company shouldn't be allowed to operate given all the complains online regarding their service and products.
Answer: If you're on a tight budget I would look at buying Windows 7 from eBay for currently around £35. More probability of being legit, and if it didn't work eBay and PayPal would make sure you get your money back. I wouldn't advise anyone buy anything from MMOGA.
Answer: Complete scam do not trust. I lost $30 to these scam artists when I contacted customer support I was accused of scamming them? Save your money and go elsewhere
